I have rep straps as well as real alligator made to order. There are other dealers on the site that do good work like Red12 and Frogman as well...PM if interested.

I definitely have the drawings for the top one. I'll check the second one to see if it is for the bottom one. Both of these look great! Thanks again. Keep it coming....
If you have dimensions, I'll make those too. Your point about JF CGs is one of the reason for doing this....I am too slow to catch his. Also, I have been looking for a thick auto crown for my 250. Every pic I ever see of Gens, mind you, the Post V ones, have thicker guards it seems.....
Please send me differences via PM if you have them. I appreciate your input!

I have drawings for the fat one which I see the need for most. I have a few thin ones.....But, that raises a good point. I have two drawings...I'll see if that is how they are different. Thanks for the input. What would you like to see?
Thanks again. I have two slightly different versions right now...They are very close in dimensions however, so no hair splitting. I'll let everyone know what my machinist says...
I'll also look for another machinist in the area. They are somewhat plentiful here although they mostly work on drilling stuff....Oil that is....
Ok. A very nice member here has given me the dimensions of the gen crown guard and it is off to my machinist to determine the easiest most cost effective way to manufacture. These will start with manual wind movements in brushed and will progress to polished and autos. I'll update everyone once I get some final costs. These should mimic/match the gen in every way....
It is a tachymeter bezel used to measure the speed of traveling opjects. Useful if you are timing moving objects. And yes, it does help the watch look studly...
Can anyone supply proper drawings for gen crown guards? I want to forward to my machine shop to see if they can be duplicated properly. I dont see why not but I need drawings or dimensions to hand to him. As soon as I can get something I'll see what he can do for us.
I'll defer to the experts with expert opinions, but it would seem like your stem is too short or the keyless is mangled. I would get a long stem, remove the other one, insert the longer stem to see if it winds with the longer stem. May be a quick and dirty solution. If not, send to your friendly neighborhood watchsmith....
really stunning. I understand exactly what you mean and have run into incredible folks here. it is the combined efforts of many that have allowed such fine pieces to exist. This of course, is including yourself and the fantastic pieces you have created in support of this hobby...
