  1. Nice but for the price you can buy a Franken from mymanmatt which is probably better, also check to see if puretime has it in stock, a lot of those watches are long gone.
  2. Seconds at 9 looks so wrong, I would buy vintage, only way to go, I have a seconds at 6, looks amazing but movt stops, waster of my $$.
  3. The picture showing the release valve, which is the one on the bottom, BP?
  4. I had a lume job done by him, ok, not worth the $$$ I learned never to mess with stock lume, I think it ruines the watch, just my opinion.
  5. Looks great!! Good luck!!!
  6. I think the pics look great, I would give a thumbs up, ok to ship, enjoy it!!!
  7. Hi guys, I got my watch back from Mike just in time for my Birthday, he fixed the problem and was a class act to deal with, she is running strong and the I'm a kid in candy store once again!!!
  8. It looks like the Omega logo on the face was glued on crooked? It's not level.
  9. He did not know it was a rep, nor did another high end Jewler who said he would have to ship it out when I inquired about the original dust problem, both clueless, as would be myself since this is my first Omega and wouldn't even know what flaws to look for. Before this I only had Rolex reps.
  10. Prett watch as well, can't wait to get it back on my wrist!!
  11. Watch is off to MD2020, the watchsmith was someone I know who works at the local mall, he prob never worked on this movement and messed up like you guys said, oh well, to live is to learn not to use him again.
  12. What can be done, do I have to order a new part?? If so what??
  13. Yes, another problem, I received my PO C 42mm from Trusty, the watch worked flawlessly and looked great, but when I starred at the dial outside in my yard, I noticed a peace of hair or a fiber at the 2 o'clock position, at first I said I would live with it but then I went to my watchsmith who said he would clear the debris and prob not even charge me, he removed the movement very fast and when he was putting the stem and crown back in he stated that there was not stem release button, the stem now can not set the time and the crown doesn't screw in, just slides out, please help me, he told me I need to get a release button for the movt, whatever that means. PS, I have been around here for over 6 years and am active on all the boards, never had this problem with a rep, should have just left the dumb hair in there!! Thanks!!
  14. Just a quick pic I took in the car, watch is a workhorse, wear it daily!!!
  15. Beautiful, good luck with it!
  16. Does it look like the qr button is ready to pop out??
  17. Who cares about box and papers, I have 2 gens and I haven't looked at the b & p in years, I keep all my watches in a safe.
  18. This is a good reference site, pick the gen you like, then search the dealers site & try to match it. http://www.swissluxury.com/rolex-watches-day-date-ii-president-white-gold-fluted-bezel.htm
  19. This is a fantasy dial, I have never seen it, but from wbk 21j, my first DDII, I like it.
