I'm not yet in the market for an SLR, but I will be at some point: hopefully sooner as opposed to later. I know you have a prediliction for Minoltas, one shared by Narikaa, and I was wondering if you could share your wisdom. I'm naturally drawn to the Panasonic Lumix L1, as I really, really like the Leica lens I currently have on my DMC-FZ20, but I'm considering also the prosumer Nikon and Canon offerings. Yes, I'd love top-of-the-line kit, but realistically, I won't be able to go much past 1000€. Ideas? The only legacy stuff I'm bringing with me is a Hoya 72mm polarising filter, so I have no glass albatrosses forcing my hand.
