you should understand that George, who, by all accounts is a scammer, or at least an overcharger has several times attempted to create new ID's here in order to push his BS watches. Someone new comes along, only has a couple posts then posts a review - smells like the same old story. Maybe you are, maybe you aren't, but i think a careful review by admin is appropriate, it fits the MO by the way, i hope you didn't pay to much for those reps If you got them from george, i'm sure you overpaid. They look like average to less than average reps also, looks like you just joined 2 weeks ago - not sure how you could have had enough time to make a decision and get a watch - looks fishy to me. if you are a real newby i recomend you spend more time reading and learning here, then you won't waste your money. There are a ton of dealers here and on other boards that are lined up to sell you better quality reps at reasonable prices. If you are george - i told you last time you tried this that you have to become more clever, sadly enough, it would appear that you had not learned and in addition to being a low life in trying to rip off folks seeking a decent replica watch, but your not very bright or creative either.

To be honest, the factory could be cool, but i'm always interested in business models. I travel and meet people and ask them (Without being rude) about how their business operates. I am really curious about what percentage of their business is related to forum? how much online or are they doing wholesaling. I mean i have to imagine there is not a huge mass market for the high end reps. Your not sending huge amts out to canal street. Having said that it always seems there is a never ending flow of folks who want to come to the board to offer the same watches that our current dealers already carry. I don't care about how much money they are making, i'm more fascinated with the process. and the distribution - what percentage gets seized, to what level have they had trouble with "the law" seems to me that josh and andrew have decided to alot more out there and public - i.e. the website. Paul gets his taken down at least once a year. silix, king have all had to change theirs, I mean, all of this is super interesting to me. I have a concern as mentioned in one of the other threads about these new super reps being sold as gens by less ethical dealers or even less ethical purchasers - who then become re-sellers. i guess the volume isn't enough to turn heads, but whenever the wave does come, the "evidence/ examples" will be pretty convincing ah - get em while you can, cause who knows - thats what i tell my wife anyway

fyi, the movement in this watch is made from a eta 2893a2 kit, then modified. looks to me like a 7750 could do this? am i whack?

i applaud the project, i think richard you did a great job - i hope that it is a smashing success if this were 3 months ago - this would have been a no brainer - the chronomat. That, in my opinion was the most popular 5k watch not being repped. however, none of the watches in the finals strike my interest, the porche is the most interesting, but i just have to many on my wish list that out rank this watch. for pugs - i did suggest some of my own, i think that chopard with the offset seconds was rockin anyway, i look forward to the next round, the 10k opens up some new catagories, maybe, i can get excited about. so, i just hope that all the folks that fought for these models line up to buy them because, i want this kind of project to continue

I don't like this way of thinking - in that case get a boring rolex - go submariner - its a graduation present, i don't know what for - i assume college. I think this shows more thought - not only do you open it and go wow - (the box will say more than $500) but then you get to spend time talking about it and how special it is. Then the friends go - wow, thats interesting - and he gets to talk about it -yeah, my ___ got this for me, its a really cool watch, its the first automatic chronograph. or they could go - Ohh, is that real? wow did ou get that on canal street. Rolexs are cool and all, but, i would much rather give a present that has thought and a story behind it. makes it more special.

Without a doubt the best watch under 5k you can get i personally like the guilliuche dial there are 2 sizes this watch has sport, class, eligance, style - amazing movement, collectors watch, everyday watch all wrapped up into 1

did you try contacting silix about it? I would usually contact the dealer if something like that happened after only 3 or 4 wears
