we had this problem with a VJ72 from a Gallet chrono. I took the case the machine-shop and they cut the extra material. @freddy333 be careful using the dreamel. let me know if you are in the US, maybe I can help you taking your case to the machine-shop.

I installed a gen crown.

I removed the bezel to age and relume dial and hands without problems. But I can not make the bezel stay on now. I used my watch press without luck and stopped before breaking or crashing the watch. The gasket is preventing the bezel from fitting right (the rubber gasket was in there before). ALL suggestions are welcome, please.
