Ok my noob experience says that this group shouldn't be hard. Silix is the man with the perfect logo. Somehow infiltrate his supplier for these logos and transplant them to the current UPO dial. Then sell it for under $150-175 Thats all we want!

Saywha? This group buy has to be for a modded UPO then. Someone will have to buy a ton of UPO's and replace the OMEGA logo with "no feet". Yes, then it will be the perfect group buy. =)

Does anyone know if the color of the white dial version is similar to the white dial of the gen?

I really want to buy this rep badly! OK after reading the post, the OP said the Gen is on the LEFT, and the Rep is on th RIGHT. He also said the color of the blue dial is a different shade from the Gen. Being that this post old, is this color difference still valid with the current Aquaracers being sold? The reason I ask is that I want my Aquaracer to as accurate as possible. If the shading is still wrong, I think I shall choose the white dial version...and of course a new date wheel!

Rumors has that the Ver.2 Skylands are having problems with their A7750 movements. There is a 20% chance that your recently bought Skyland will die or stop ticking any day now. There is a long thread on RWI about this. Perhaps that's why people are dumping them?

Hey ImportR, How did you grind down the ugly pearl? I have a Chrono Avenger Ti and I don't know where to start? Do I use dremel? Nail filer? Epoxy? Please advise, thanks.

Hi Andrew, Can you tell me how you modded the pearl on your Chrono Avenger Ti? Did you buy an aftermarket pearl somewhere? How did you take out the bezel? Once the bezel the bezel is off, you can pop out the pearl easily?

Does anybody truely own a quartz model? My main question is...does it have a sapphire crystal?

Posted it on repgeek, OK now, I just aquired the quartz titanium model of the Chrono Avenger from a dealer on another forum. On the dealer's description, he stated mineral crystal. After testing it with a bead of water and tapping it, i really think it is sapphire. Can anyone with the quartz version of this watch tell me if it's really sapphire?! Also, if you have ver.2, how the hell do you grind the pearl down? Use a dremel? Can you please show me the steps? I'd love to at least make the pearl smaller. Pics would be appreciated

Awesome comparison ImportR! After reading your post its seems like the weakest link in this watch is the bracelet. I would definitely chuck the Ti bracelet and slap on a leather or rubber strap. This would then make the watch even lighter, allowing you to wear it as a beater watch. Do you happen to know whats the total weight of the rep is with a rubber Breitling strap?

Not sure if this is a fantasy watch or not but I've seen the same watch labeled as "U-boat"...same exact case. I went to Montblanc's website and also to the U-boat website, I DO NOT see anyone of these watches in their catalog. Are these fantasy watches? Who is the maker of the gen? Please advise, i'm so confused. =(

Unfortunately I am not in to Rolexes, I am more into Omegas, Breitlings, Tags, IWC etc. Will the famous MBW stall sell any other brands besides Rolex? Will I get the same deals as I would get from these forums. Im hoping to buy some super reps (Asian 7750 models) for 30-50% off what the dealers are selling here. Is this a possibility? I'm planning to visit MBK Mall & Siam Paragon Mall & Central World Plaza Mall & Platinam Mall. Any advice on these malls would be great!
