Hi guys, im sorry to write this but the beast has died again!! after hand winding it it worked for a few hours then stopped! I have tryed winding it again but i am not sure if when i wide it any thing is happening ?? i wind for a while and it just spins? does not seem to harden up like the Unitas or venus hand winds i have ?? I have contacted PT about this as i got the 187 as an xmas gift for my dad and now am paniking as xmas is getting closer!!. Ill keep you guys up dated on this. Thanks Tim.

Guys thanks for the help!! wound my new beast and it sprung into life !!!! all that worries me noe is the fact that it may need manual winding all the time now ?? is it commom to need to manual wind a bandnew watch lake this?? i hopw that it auto winds form now on as is should! just receved my 187 and its Dead!! i have shookmit for 15mins and its still wont wind?? the seconds hand moves a few seconds then stops ?? does it need manual winding ?? help !!! Tim.

I have just got two new BOB starps, dark brown bufal verto and a tan vertigo. The dark brown feels very nice but the tan feels dry ?? does any one what to do to get the tan to feel a bit less dry ?? i hace herd that you can oil staps but i do not know what to use and do not want to colour ivory white stiching ?? I dont see how a vacuum mahine can test down to 5 barG presure when the best vacuum you can get is -1Bar G or 0 Bars A?? i see how this test could work by placing the watch into a chamber and evacuating the air down to 0 mB and loccking in the vac then seeing if the vac dirifts out?? If you know how it work that would help me understand ?? sorry for the stupid questions if just me !! lol. thanks Tim.

i may and will sound stupid with this but regards to the wrong colour hands on the crono evo i have looked at the 05 and 06 breitling catalogs and the hand colours seem to be correct?? i am assuming it s the sub dial hands the are the wrong colour?? is there any differance with the uk model over te US? thanks tim.

if your really lucky as i am! on the way to get the blade to remove the insert i banged my smp chrono on the door frame by acident and hey prestoe! the insert was removed!! i reset it with epoxy and re instaled it and its bin fine sins!! Thanks Tim.
