Very nice, can't wait for the review... I've had my eye on this for a while - specifically the white dial one (how many black dial watches can I have?) ... very very nice.

It's a tough decision.. I like them both. For the genuines I may just lean towards the Aquatimer, I liked the white dial one with gold surrounded markers and hands, and was very limited in availabilty. May have only been available in titanium (fine by me!). I think it used tritium too, and has a unique bezel design.

That's because they have to replace the old one, eg. throw out all the old stationary, business cards etc and get new ones in with the new logo... like British Airways repainting their planes with a new logo. Wish I could join in but I think there are some damn good ones already...! I hope the winner gets a swiss 775x movement chrono

My guess is the 2892 is the copy movement.

silix, EL, river and of course joshua all have the J12, ask them about it. I think ladies version is quartz (for genuine) so it should work out a little cheaper. Most women don't seem to care about automatics...

Just use River's spring bars, I have to say that they are really very good

With some of these, especially on deployant clasps, there are sizing holes, so you cut off a portion of the strap.. and hope their are enough sizing holes to accomodate you!

Costs a lot more to get a genuine watch fixed if it leaks than getting a replacement rep!

If you like this rubber strap look up Thornton Watch, but I don't know if I've ever seen this in 18mm lug size. I think Thornton sell it for USD $15 including shipping, which is pretty great value, if it's any good.
