To summarize, my 24a was missing the CP cap. This was one of the missing details to my piece along with having a weak cyclops. The Zigmeister notice the detail and offered to make one for me. I want to thank The Zigmeister for his very very generous offering. It really made my day and I really really appreciate it!! Link to original thread: I received the cap yesterday evening and went right to work. In addition to installing the cap I also took some member's advice and replaced my crystal with a 199 Ultimate crystal. And a big thanks to Chief for his advice with the cyclops and AR. I think this baby is done Here's the before...no cap and the cyclops I felt was rather weak... And after ... new cap installed and Ultimate 199 crystal (stripped of AR) and installed... Look at that cap Here are the specs with the upgrades: Custom CP cap by The Zigmeister Correct case set with polished bezel Correct A series case back Gen 24a T dial Gen 24a T hands Gen crown guard Lello date wheel T48 crown Swiss 7750 Ultimate 199 crystal (AR removed) This has made my weekend...thank you The Zigmeister, Chief, and members for all your help.

I found some time to rework the hands of two of my pieces. I initially messed them up in my attempt to lume the hands...basically they were full of holes due to the lume not sticking I'm pretty satisfied with how they turned out so I thought a family photo shoot is in order All were modded/built by me except for the third piece from left (cali dial) which is a VDB. Of course for all vintage pieces a movement shot is in order. Made up of 240, 616s, and 6497... Some closer ups with corresponding movements... And for the next project...want to make a destro...617... Thanks for looking
