The gen has a slightly resessed dw so the reps slightly sdw Is a non Issue. If you do a side by side you will see what I mean. I purchased this rep In July of 09. It still looks new and the cf Is still perfect. It Is with out question my favorite rep. I have had the gen on my wrist and I can not tell the difference in the look and feel. That being said I am indeed excited about the new A7753,the possibilites

If It were not for the sdw In your first picture I would have thought this was a gen,beautiful watch. Thats the thing that really bugs me about sdw,they can do a fantastic job with the rest of the watch but there Is no getting around that sdw. I love this rep and will probably get It one day. Same exact thing happened to my Motors T,the guy at the mall watchshop fixed It in ten min for $5.00.To bad you dont have a better selection of watch repair people In your aera. One thing for sure Is that you are a very lucky guy to have a "good lady" I have a bad lady,not a lot of fun good luck
