I got lucky. I was about to order a watch from Exactreplica. Iwas about to put in my order when I thought to myself " Hmmmm, maybe I shoud look into this site". Well there were numerious complaints on them. There is a complaintsborad.com with many complaints about Exactreplicas. Then I found RWG. I have stuck to the trusted dealers here and have not had any problems what so ever. I hope everything works out for you in your situation. Good luck Mike

Welcome to RWG. I would say you are correct about sitting in front of your computer. This rep biz can be very addictive. Toads Noob Guide is a great place to start the addiction. Mike

Welcome to RWG. Having ten or a hundred and ten reps is one thing. To know and realy appreciate this hobby is something compleatly different. There is many aspects to this genre. The most common question asked here is " where can I buy the best ??? whatever. Thats the easy part. I would take Kens advice and pull up thet easy chair, get comfey. There is much to learn. Good luck Mike

Welcome to RWG Billy. To debling a Rolex. Im thinking it would have been easier to buy the model without the diamonds. Maybe you did not realize the bling factor was so high. Wish you luck with the mods. Happy hunting Mike

As far as bang for the buck you cant go wrong. For some there this stimga atached to a quartz. I have three quartz chronos and there great watches. There supper accurate and very resonable priced. Take that and there incredable dependabilty and it's a tough combation to beat Imho. I had my eye on the Invicta brand for a while now. What to do, what to do ? Mike

All I can say is you have mighty fine taste when It comes to watches That Is a unbelievable looking watch. I cant wait to see one in the metal. I hope that both of us one day can look down at are wrist and see this Rep. This would not be a everday watch for me. Keep your eye out for members selling there used watches. There is great deals to be had like Wheaton said. good luck and welcome to this awsome community Mike

Welcome to RWG. Thanks for sharing your story with us. I realy was not interested in the RW brand. Well I saw a RW in my last Issue of mens health. The RW Nabucco. The day they rep it is the day I buy it, magnificent. My first rep was the Omega SeaMaster PO. It's a quartz but it's also a very nice watch. It looks beter then the more expensive auto model, better sub dial placement. The watch is working great for a $118 investment. So take your time and get to know the community. Happy hunting Mike PS I stand corected. I just found the RW Nabucco rep for $405. Ouch, Oh well

Welcome Tom. One might also suffer from the dreaded (rws) Replica watch syndrome. Mike

Hey all. Just recieved a OMG0002A - Omega Planet Ocean Orange 45mm with SS Bracelet from Andrew for my son. He is a very big boy and I need to add two links to this watch so it will fit him. They are the screw type links. Anyone have any extra links to sell or know where I can pick a couple up. It will make a boy very happy indeed.
I have a SS bracelet for a Omega po 42mm. I ruined the bracelt when I tried to resize it. If the links are the same you can have it. Check it out and let me know. The bracelet is brand new. Mike

Sunday - Deep Sea, what can I say:
I have always loved Pams for there size. Thats intill I saw your avatar

Why not?
People who buy their first expensive gen usually come back within two weeks... after they realize that it's just ONE watch. No serious geek can live with just one watch. That would be terrible!
And besides, you don't constantly have to buy new watches to enjoy the hobby and your friends here.
Touche my friend, you make a good point. I know there are many gen lovers here. Sh t Im one of them. Maybe just at a lower price point Mike

Great poast Im also into the big watch phase. Im waiting for a Pam 217 Destro. At 47mm it should be plenty big. The biggest watch that I have now is the Pam 250@ 44mm. My wrist are fair size at 7.4. Although I dont think I will go beyond 48mm,but then one never knows. Personaly I like the Hublot BB. I think the sword fish is a googley eyed watch, good name anyway. I dont think you should wear your Gen,nope. Send it to me, I promise to take good care of it. Good luck with your decision Mike

Very nice. I will have to remember this for when I go out to the neighborhood Pub Good stuff Mike

I agree with everything thats been said. To be fair I do have a older Gen Omega that my father gave me many years ago. I also have a Tag Formula 1($900) I also have a very nice Sector divers(450) I just dont know if I could spend 2-3 Thousand on a watch. Again that just me. Good luck Mike

That is a question only you can answear. I was going to buy a Gen Omega PO chrono. I could have purchased one for $3.000.In my mind I could not justify spending that much money on a watch. It's a personal thing. I would rather buy several reps and enjoy this fantastic hobby. If I would have purchased the Omega I would not be here right now, I dont think. That kind of mony is a lot for me. I have bought three nice Reps and Im under the $500 mark. Not including straps. Thats just me, Some peolpe here can do both. I bought a Tissot a few months ago for $375. Thats the world of watches I live in and it works for me Good luck on your decision. Mike

The Omega Seamaster PO. This indeed is one of my all time favorite watches. There are many members excited about the better spacing of the sub dials. Welcome to RWG. Hope you injoy your stay Mike
