Incredible Hockey night! (I stayed away from this post to avoid spoilers).
I wonder how much help it will be to team USA to have a day off to rest...???

Nice watch. No harm in posting "other" watches. There are numerous Seiko fans here, and Orient is like the step-child.

Start here:

and this (although for 7002, much still applies)

Finally, it should be no big deal to get it serviced.

From here (same concept):
http://www.pmwf.com/Watches/WatchSchool/WS%2014%20How%20to%20Resize%20Common%20Bracelets/WS%2014%20How%20to%20Resize%20Bracelets.htm#Casio%20and%20similar%20bracelets%20without%20pinsFolded link bracelets without pins come in a huge variety of forms. There the metal sheet that needs to pushed out is normally showing a spherical elevation and a recessed or cut out area where to place the marker. Then simply push in ARROW direction. I found that pushing with the pusher slightly tilted to the back helps to apply more force.
I have marked the location in green at the opening where you place your pusher to push the metal sheet out that connects the links. The shapes vary from bracelet to bracelet. Even from the same manufacturer. The elevated nibs on the metal sheet hold it in place resting in the circular cut-outs of the folded bracelet sheet. To re-insert, simply push them against the arrow direction. Again the disposable plastic cigarette lighter makes in inexpensive pusher, or any PVC block you might have handy.

Thanks Kurt,
To recap, 3/64 for the hole and 5/64 for the bevel...

Not sure, but a good friend of mine in the military HAS successfully gotten a Geiger counter to register against his gen tritium based Submariner and tritium lumed military compass....

I drill all of mine by hand.
Really not very difficult to do/
I use a pin vise, drilling oil and a bit readily available for dremels in a 6 piece kit.
It doesn't take very long and the control you have is ideal.
Good luck,
Kurt.
Kurt, any more info you can provide on this? I too have a pin vice and have had the same thought. Any chance for a link to the exact Dremel kit? A detailed shopping list/pic would be great. Out of curiosity how long does hand jammin' a lug take?
Thanks in advance!

Lots of "little" mistakes that add up quick.
However, to the cliches:
You have to break a few eggs to make an omelet.
Practice makes perfect.
