  1. I just read the poll again. I think the wording is a bit confusing by attempting to interject your feelings in the questions. IMHO the poll should simply read: Yes - Sellers should be allowed to edit their sales threads at any time. No - Sellers should not be allowed to edit their sales threads.
  2. I am torn. It is nice to have the history and watch out for scammers. On the other hand, it is nice to remove, shall we say, incriminating evidence... (tin-foil hat) Maybe a compromise is in order, that either rolls them off / expires them (like Craigslist)...
  3. Thanks Chief, I figured. I am new to the IWC scene and loving it. BTW: Next AR run, I am sending you the crystal.
  4. So, I am a new excited IWC 3717 (rep) owner. The first thing I did was jump over to iwc.com to make some comparisons. Forgive me it this is old news, or crazy talk... Check this out. These images are from IWC's web site. Is it me or are the fonts slightly different between the Rose Gold, and Stainless. Thicker/Thinner. Look at the 11's and IWC text. Thoughts? Camera angle? Or is this good news for rep owners as these slight variances don't carry as much weight.
  5. +1 44 and down, unless the watch is thinner. The thinner the watch is, you can usually go a hair bigger. In my case I can get away with a SOH 46 (which is like 50mm including crown) but because it is thinner than say a 44 PAM or Steelfish, it wears just fine. Same is true with something like a PAM 183, bigger diameter but thinner.
  6. Lots of "little" mistakes that add up quick. However, to the cliches: You have to break a few eggs to make an omelet. Practice makes perfect.
  7. Incredible Hockey night! (I stayed away from this post to avoid spoilers). I wonder how much help it will be to team USA to have a day off to rest...???
  8. Nice watch. No harm in posting "other" watches. There are numerous Seiko fans here, and Orient is like the step-child.
  9. A very good day for Canada! Hockey win, 1000m Womens Speed Skating.
  10. Start here: http://www.makedostudio.com/watches/seiko-divers/index.html and this (although for 7002, much still applies) http://forums.watchuseek.com/showthread.php?t=258086 Finally, it should be no big deal to get it serviced.

  16. @Lani, what is the Gen Model # of your Moon. THAT is the ONE I have been searching for! TIA!
  17. From here (same concept): http://www.pmwf.com/Watches/WatchSchool/WS%2014%20How%20to%20Resize%20Common%20Bracelets/WS%2014%20How%20to%20Resize%20Bracelets.htm#Casio%20and%20similar%20bracelets%20without%20pins Folded link bracelets without pins come in a huge variety of forms. There the metal sheet that needs to pushed out is normally showing a spherical elevation and a recessed or cut out area where to place the marker. Then simply push in ARROW direction. I found that pushing with the pusher slightly tilted to the back helps to apply more force. I have marked the location in green at the opening where you place your pusher to push the metal sheet out that connects the links. The shapes vary from bracelet to bracelet. Even from the same manufacturer. The elevated nibs on the metal sheet hold it in place resting in the circular cut-outs of the folded bracelet sheet. To re-insert, simply push them against the arrow direction. Again the disposable plastic cigarette lighter makes in inexpensive pusher, or any PVC block you might have handy.
