Gentleman, brilliant! How are the sub-dial? Easy to read? I ask because my gen Oris TT1 Titan Chrono is a little difficult to read. Now the sub-dials on my rep Ebel 1911 are nice and big, quite easy to read.

Looking to buy either the SS or Ti version. I'd love to see what she looks like on the wrist!
-
Is the bracelet screw or pin link?
-
I know the yellow accent version has the ti case and bracelet (gen). The rep is SS. I'm interested in it because the yellow would set it apart from every other watch I have in my collect. If you own one I'd love to see pictures and hear how you like your IWC. Any regrets?

Are the screwdown pushers for show as they are on the Ebel 1911? Meaning you don't have to u screw them to use.
-
I can tell you that the watch in the link is all wrong CC LE was never done in red/black. Sub-dials are grouped way to close. Hour markers are off. I'd still love to see a CC LE on bracelet though. I'd snap her up in a minute.

I'd like to know as well. Love The CC and wish it came wih a bracelet

After you strap her on take a bunch of pics and slap them on here! The wait is the best and worst part for me. I am the type where the journey is better than the destination, just barely. Try if you can to wait till you bring her home from the PO to enjoy her. Slowly unwrap the packaging and savor every moment, take picture to make the moment last. A couple watches I opened up in my car after picking them up from the PO. Kinda wish I didn't but I just couldn't wait any longer. Take lots of pics! I took 1gb of pics for 6 watches I have and whittled that down to less than 100mb. Took forever but well worth it. Most of all do what Lani said. Live, Wear, Enjoy!

Is there a generic polish anyone recommends? One that can be used on polished and brushed bracelets alike?
-
I was being sarcastic.
-
Simple enough, Thanks! Sounds like the hardest part is removing and attaching the bracelet!
-
I have bracelets that are brushed, polished and a combo of both. Looking for a way that will work across the board. Let me start by saying I'm pleased with all my bracelets. I just want to give my reps a cleaning since they are probably dirty. Here is what I surmise: 1. Clean with soapy warm water. 2. Remove bracelet and soak in baby oil for a couple hours. 3. Clean with warm soapy water. 4. Wear to have anything still in the bracelet come off on wrist That about sum it up? What about polish? What is a good general polish that can be used on all types of bracelet finishes?

Manchester United v. Liverpool. Nuff said. In Europe it's safe to say most people lived in the same town for generations. Freedom of movement is much greater here in the states. -

Just One More! After I buy 1 rep that's all I tell myself! How do I afford my watch OBSESSION? Eat very little, Live in a van, down by the river, and NEVER NEVER NEVER PAY RETAIL! -
Around 7" (very girlie)

I ask because I just bought an Ebel 1911 (Love it!). I noticed a little irritation on my wrist when I took her off. I wear my watch loose so she slides a lot, so it could be just that. I'm allergic to nickel and phormaldohide (spelling I know). That means I can't wear leather or any exotic strap. A gen exotic strap or a high quality leather strap will work, sometimes. (My Maurice Lacroix leather strap doesn't bother me). Aftermarket straps give me a rash so I can only wear bracelets. Are the rep bracelets of lower quality? Rolex with their 906L (right number?) has a high nickel content but is it of such high quality that those of us with an allergy to nickel won't break out with a rash? Or are they pretty close to the gens?

Lani you kill me! You change watches more than underwear! I don't have a good concept of a beater. When I'm wearing my beater I am constantly thinking "What mods can I perform....." -
I'm looking at buying a IWC Aquatimer on runner strap (can't find the dial & bracelet combo I want). I'm gonna try and source one but still would like to know. Could I buy a bracelet (if sold separately) and install on an IWC that comes with a strap?

I work in retail. I'm afraid that wearing anyone of my reps in the course of a business day I will damage a rep more so than one of my gens. When I work freight (cracking boxes open, setting POG's and displays, and putting out product) My watch sometimes comes into contact to shelves, pallets, etc... I'm hesitate in wearing my gen Tag Aquaracer and Breitling Aerospace Avantage yet I do. I just believe they will hold up better than my reps. Granted any watch that takes a good hit will damage but i'm under the thinking that my gens will hold up better in resisting nicks, scratches, or dings. I just bought an Ebel 1911 to wear at work but she is so darn nice I'm hesitant. I have an Omega PO that i use as a beater but want a watch that has the day, date, and chrono feature to wear at work. All the watches i like are real nice (my Ebel and I'm looking at the IWC Aquatimer). Am I just a worry wort? To protective of my reps? I feel they are more fragile than my gens. Truth or fiction??!?!?

Am I crazy? Thinking of selling a gen to fund more rep purchases!

Good point Toad. It seems as though I look at her more than wear her. Ah, decisions, decision, decisions!
