  1. Thanks, By-Tor!!! How do I contact Neil? There doesn't seem to be any link on that album.
  2. Hope y'all don't mind my starting that with "Who has the best". Josh has a Monaco, but it has a racing stripe and uses a battery. I've asked him if he has any clue about one with a classic blue or black face, but perhaps someone here might also know? Automatic is obviously most desired, but movement isn't as important. It's a gift for a friend. Are there any reps of this watch?
  3. I like TTK's Breitling "Chronomerer". http://www.rwg.cc/members/index.php?showtopic=10942 Engrish is a wonderful thing. Anyone else here been to engrish.com?
  4. Great watch. Now where do I get a rep of your girl?
  5. Gotta watch for the Oakley. I have one, but not that one. Mine's the gen "Detonator". Fun watch to wear. Saw a piece on the Governator on the news the other day, looks like he was wearing a Pam at work.
  6. An art director I was working with saw my Bentley GT and admired it. He did comment that it was "blingy". Not a watch enthusiast, but a genuine compliment coming from him, esp. the admiration in his voice. I wasn't about to "fess-up", I just appreciated the compliment. Any recent compliments/comments any of you have gotten for your watch(es)?
  7. I have Josh's "Perfect". Yeah, I wish I'd have thought to have him swap the "normal" HE valve for the one on the "Perfect" when I had it serviced. And it needs a relume. But otherwise, it's really close. Close enough for what I want it for, and a really fine timepiece in it's own right.
  8. Beautiful Breguet. I wore a Sea Dweller rep to the edit bay while my client wore a gen Cartier Tank. Tomorrow will be my Bentley GT methinks. Love 'em both. The Mrs. wore her Lady Datejust today, as she often does, to work.
  9. I ordered a Bentley GT from Joshua. Gorgeous watch. First one had a date wheel problem, probably happened in shipping. Joshua, good guy that he is, sent me another right away. It's fully serviced, he has his watchsmith take it apart, take all the dirt and shavings out of it, relube it, calibrate it and seals it to be water resistant to 5 ATM. A bit pricey, but I think well worth it. So far the watch is dead-on with time. As complex as the 7750 is, it's a good idea to have it serviced. Now I gotta ask him about relume, if that can be done on future watches.
  10. All the guys on "Queer Eye" have nice watches. Thom wears a sub, Ted has worn Bvlgari and perhaps a Pam?
  11. Did see Carlos Mencia wearing a Pam on his show. My eye can't discern the model.
  12. Today on a shoot and out tonight, my Sea Dweller. Next day of the shoot, my Bentley GT.
  13. I got the same one for my wife, it's also her daily watch. Well worth the investment, still grateful to Josh! http://www.rwg.cc/members/index.php?showtopic=8691
  14. Beautiful watch! Chronomerer?
  15. Gorgeous watch, great work! One question: is the 9 supposed to be open on the date?
  16. If I remember right it was $150 for that. It's good to 135 feet, further than I am, underwater. Haha. And fully cleaned and lubricated, should be great for years. I chose carefully, wanted a 7750 without all the extra gears, this setup has the dials in all the right places for both the rep and the gen.
  17. Thanks. Model is a model friend who is starting her own makeup company. While we were shooting I asked if I could make a couple of pictures of her wearing my watch, this is the result.
  18. Got my Bentley GT weeks ago, have been too busy to shoot photos and post anything till now. Got it from Joshua, fully serviced, just a gorgeous watch. First one was damaged in transit, I returned it and Josh is such a good dealer that he'd already serviced and sent a new one before he got the old one back. No wonder why I buy from him! It's a big, heavy, very masculine watch. I love juxtapositions, so instead of my large wrist, I put it on the opposite. I think this is sexier. Comments welcome.

  20. Keep at it, Joe. A lot of us have had health issues, I just lost 20 lbs that I'd been working harder at losing than I had ever in my life. It can be done, there's a lot of good information and support out there. Sounds like you've got a positive doctor, that's a big help. You can do it. It's not easy, but it can be done.
  21. Wow. Joshua never fails to impress. He's sending me a replacement as mine is going to him. I've read nothing but good things about a lot of the dealers on RWG, glad I've been ordering from Joshua. The reason he gets all my business is not only his good products, but he stands behind them and genuinely cares about his customers. I wish everyone I purchased any kind of products from provided his level of service. Thanks, Joshua, thanks The Zigmeister for the good info, and thanks to the others who participated in this thread. -Antonio
  22. I bought the watch from Joshua, had him service all but one watch I bought for a friend, but he's done all of mine. This one was somehow broken. The day wheel didn't turn when the crown was turned counter-clockwise. Date wheel turned as expected when crown was rotated clockwise. I had it set for the time Joshua recommended. The day wheel would spin when the crown was fully pulled and I wound the hands around 24 hours, but would stop at the wrong place, with only the bottom of the day showing in the window. It wasn't engaging at all via the crown. Something isn't right. Joshua has assured me he'll make me happy with the replacement. I know he will, he is so good at getting back to me about things, and I've been nothing but happy for everything else. What's killing me is that after seeing that beautiful watch, having it in my hands, I won't see it again for weeks. I sent it back today via USPS. What a joke our postal service is. Their website said the package would go overnight internationally for US$14. When I took the package to USPS, they said 6 days (Arriving Monday) and US$24. What a crock. Overnight would have been $60+, and I don't want to spend that for a couple fewer days without a rep watch. Why is it that Joshua sends me EMS packages that take 2-3 days max (rarely more than 2), with full tracking info, but going there takes way longer and is more expensive. I had a couple of places I wanted to wear that watch to, but that won't happen. I'm so frustrated by that.
  23. This is the first one I've had problems with, sadly have to send it back for replacement. It's an amazing watch.
  24. Did that before I posted here. We're working on it. Just thought some of the experienced members might have some advice. Guess not.
  25. Just got a gorgeous Bentley GT, but it arrived with the day too high in the window. Pulling out one click (during the recommended time of day, thanks to this forum and the seller!) allows me to change the date by winding clockwise, counterclockwise does nothing usually, moved the day a little a couple of times. When I just wind the hands to move the day/date with 24 times around, the date pops into place in the window, but the day keeps 1/3 of the way too high in the window. Can this be remedied without taking anything apart? Or might this have been somehow shifted in transit? It was serviced, and I'm sure set up properly when shipped. Help? Thanks in advance.
