  2. can't see this model anywhere on the Steinhart website, I would definately jump on one of those! Great catch!
  3. Jesus Admin... Good thing you're ok, unfortunately, giving in in that kind of situation is the only thing to do.... Sucks about your possessions, especially the Breguet Maybe you can claim on insurance somehow someway... In the end, it's good you are all in one piece. Good luck and godspeed.
  4. WOW!!! What a great chrono... I really like the knurled bezel! Did you buy this? About how much is this?
  5. Not only are you bored... But you have WAAAAYYY too much time on your hands lol
  6. Sorry to hear Estaban... We have a great cat and hate to think of the day we have to put him down... I know there's no replacing, but I reckon getting another puppy down the track would be a great thing!!
  7. copper colored rings around the subdials? The lume area in the middle of the dial indices seems very thin?
  8. The saying 'Blow me' comes to mind
  9. Thanks again everyone... I will be getting a referral to get an MRI asap... Here in Australia, if you're not dying, medical treatment takes much time and aggravation.... WHAT'S WRONG WITH THIS FRIGGIN' PLACE??!!
  10. Great watch Dani How are you removing the buckle? I have a new MP10 I'm thinking of doing this with also but don't want to ruin the strap
  11. Yeah, talk about the tail wagging the dog 029 & 111 would look best IMO
  12. Actually... It would be this, right under our noses: SINN 756
  13. Eaxctly!! Live and learn This is a perfect example of why this board is so great!!! Beers for Bignasty!
  14. Yeah... He's got a lot of balls trying to pull that one... must've taken me for a real sucker I still wish it was a 7753
  15. The PAM 72/74 are beautiful (albeit 40mm) chronos, it was featured in the first Trasporter movis and that's where I first got interested in Panerai.... Maybe it's that beeping complication lol What model you looking at Admin?
  16. Thanks for everyone's help in finding and finding out about this movement... The payment has been refunded and the seller walks away with his tail between hei legs:
  17. Here are some better photos... Can anyone identify this as a 7753, or is it as some suspected, an asian 7750?
  18. It's shocking when this happens (and embarrasing too lol)... My genuine PAM 091's crystal fogged up one day Almost crapped myself! I took the caseback off and left it on the window sill by the sun for a few hours... The silica should work fine too. Brought it to my watchmaker and it's been good since! Have a watchmaker pressure test it and regrease the seals, you should be fine.
  19. perfect combo... Now THAT'S what a PVD should look like!!!
  20. OK cool... Photos removed out of respect for the seller.
  21. Saw this on another forum for sale for just under $AU8k, but looks suspicious to me... What do you guys think? The date font seems a bit weak:
  22. I 'guess' the dollars are OK... I just want my 196 together again: Maybe I can find another case set and franken a 188 or something... Or maybe something else. Don't know what watches use the 7753 movement yet, but I'm sure I could find one eventually
