  2. waiting for 3 watches while wearing this cheers, Frank
  3. no - looks like a GMT crown 2me.
  4. as for the crown : i find $60 a little expensive i just bought a used one from ebay for $20 shipped - you don't need a tube for modern 7mm crowns. all you need is patience and a sniper program the CGs : they are shorter than MBW - yes - but not sooo short, they are very curved on top which let them look even smaller. on the wrist however - the look ok imho. i would not shave them from the inside and i did not much on the outside - wanted to keep as much material as possible ... the CGs on the MBW are much more work - i had to shave them a lot on the inside and on the outside. compared to the MBW you have the same gen like construction, gen modern 7mm crowns fit on the tube, the bracelet has hollow middle links, bezel insert and dial is nicer. BUT CGs looks better after mods on the MBW ..... which will cost you $$$ to get it nice. cheers, Frank
  5. cheers, Frank
  6. very nice ! is that the Clark 125 Crystal installed ? thx Frank
  7. the stock 7mm modern Submariner crown fits without changing the tube - but i used the 703 with is a bit smaller - this one doesn't fit for the new tube you have to remove the old crown - mile the case a bit that the new tube sits correct on the case and retap. and here are the last pics - i promise cheers, Frank
  8. cheers, Frank
  9. and a quick and dusty wrist-shot im now happy with the crown and CGs ... cheers, Frank
  10. Here is this weekend's finished product. Overdid the bleaching. Put it in a cup of 100% bleach for 30minutes. Next time I'll water it down and actually keep an eye on it.

  12. thanks ! yes crystal exchanged and CG shaved - im pretty much done most expensive part was the crown (25 Euro) cheers, Frank
  13. cheers, Frank
  14. very cool mir36 ! BK crown should fit on the rep tube - for my new crown today a new tube was needed 7030 tube for 703 crown vs MBW CGs : i love the result - esp that there is not a single gen part on the watch cheers, Frank
  15. im sorry spending $1000 on some questionable case ? i have an DW case for <$100 here - it looks even better than the NDT one okay - the Phong case on my Snowflake is nice - but never Never ever i would pay $1000 for it this doesn't really help - doesn't it ? to answer your question : NDT look horrible YUKI has quality problems Phong is ridicules expensive DW no 1:1 construction old MBW is after a lot of work nice Josh new vintage case too cheers, Frank
  16. t-19 clone is needed - the rep glass it imho too domed watchmaker knives to get the bezel off (easy ) the just press the new glass by hand - retaining ring over the plexi - now a press is needed (scary ) press the retaining ring over the glass then bezel, washer, insert (don't forget to bleach it with Klorix or something) press on by hand standard sub crown fits on the tube - if you want to install something smaller (Daytona crown) you need a new tube also. CGs should be shaved on the outside with wet n dry sandpaper and polished with Dremel tool ... all relatively easy you could also drill out the lug-holes a little bit but that's about it cheers, Frank
  17. what's wrong with it ? except for the glass being after marked ?
  18. sorry - the middle case on the SSD is not that good that i would put a gen dial in it rehaut thickness and the non gen like contraction kills it. cheers, Frank
  19. yes there are hopefully i can install them on the WE
  20. should be SEL for watches without lug-holes.
  21. looks nice - rehaut is a little deep - and bracelet wrong ... maybe anybody with a noob/transformer can chime in ... cheers, Frank

  25. just got the watch advertised at Val 7734 version ... to make it short - there are Tudors with Poljot movement out there ! they have even Tudor bridges and 7734 stamped on the movement ! the tell from outside : wrong date-font - too thin - the case on the other hand is too fat - take care cheers, Frank
