Sorry about that. A little googling and I found it. Its an OMEGA Stainless Steel Seamaster Chronograph Ref.176.007. Cal.1040 Automatic Movement. Circa 1970s.
I love the look of it!!
Photoshopped or not, they need to make this watch!! I am with b16a2......time to clear out the savings account and trade in some stocks if that beastie comes to life!
Man....no post yet from Dems? He must of had one hell of a night Wednesday night!
Personally, i am quite a fan of the Jose Cuervo Reserva de la Familia Tequila. Limited edition runs, new box each year.
Here's my last batch from 2006:
A few shots of this - straight - none of that lemon and salt crap, mixed in with a few of these:
When Lani did the novice photo competition with the elements, I took a bunch of different shots in anticipation of other upcoming elements. I was just digging through my old pics and found them again. Thought I would share some of the other shots I did.
I don't have any shots of the 16610 on a NATO but here are a few different strap options on my 1680:
Panatime Zulu
Maratec G10 Grey Stripe
Maratec G10 Black
I also used to have a 1655 Steve McQueen Explorer II on a NATO. Haven't been able to source where this strap came from originally:
Some very, very thin wire might do the trick as well TJ. Something like some 28 or 30 AWG gauge wire that is used for wire wrap projects. You can find something like that here. It is 0.255mm in diameter.
Getting there TJ! Definitely need to get yourself a loupe, or better yet, one of the magnifying head bands from birdman's tools. I have one and with my glasses it works perfectly! I just checked his site and he doesn't have the one that I bought listed any more, but it was one that comes with 4 different magnification inserts and a little light on the top of it.
Looks awesome TJ! The only suggestion I would have is to try and find some nice Testors paint for the orange hand. If you can get the hand to look a little more even, then I think you will have nailed it!
I'm mostly interested in the 5513 in the Southern New York auction. The others are way too blingy! Man there are a lot of diamond and mother of pearl customized watches on that list!
