Broaching/reducing the small tubes for the center seconds and subsidiary hands is no easy task as it requires a lot of precision to get them right. You don't want hands slipping or falling off the pinions. I'd definitely suggest Zig or Vac as I know they've done this job many times before...

Gen 78390A with 803B SEL ends. Hopefully for a decent price, but I'm going to guess at least $1200 USD.

The subdials for the sec and min registers are the same distance/position whether it's a V23 or V72; MM is also the same. Of course, the hour counter is a dummy on the V23 and MM; that hand has to be glued/fixed in place. I seem to recall that the dial for the MM is not a direct fit to the V23 because of the dial feet, however. Just a slight bit off if memory serves me right.
