Pull out all of the stops! Take the screws to a jewelry maker and have them replicate them in WG...then they should fit perfectly!

Here's an idea... 1) Forum members should pool some funds and purchase this movement 2) Remove the date-wheel and send to the "Date-Wheel Masters" on this forum for replication 3) Start selling replicated date-wheels to all the Breitling owners 4) Use the generated funds to pay for the date-wheel replication 5) Return funds to the original members that bought the movement 6) Donate excess funds to the forum A bit complicated to coordinate, but in the end everyone is happy!

Just curious...Would the plating and extra thickness on the "screws" prevent you from placing them back into the case?

Here are some "quick-and-dirty" photos of her DJ...

I gave my lady a '06 White/Silver DJ (Men's Size) and she loves it! She didn't know any better and wandered into Tourneau last week wearing her DJ. She started browsing and was approached by a sales rep. He commented on her tastes in watches and started showing her other Rollies, Cartiers, and Bvlgari watches. She tried on a few and the rep never said one thing about her DJ!!! After she told me this, I chastised her and told her never to do that again unless she is wearing one of her gens...Silly girl!

I'm anxious to see you how your rep compares... I had an Explorer II rep about year ago, and it had terribly sharp edges. No comparison when next to my gen or current stainless steel cases on my most current DJ rep.
