I tried to fit a WSO990 bezel assembly on mine, but it's too loose...I was pretty surprised as I thought MBWs were supposed to accept gen parts... Any idea?

Use a needle to partially remove the paint, and then polish it. The best is to find the pic of a gen and use it as an example.

There was an aftermaket sapphire for 212 sold on eBay back in the days, but I don't know if it's still available and if it fits the rep.
