  1. So, PT /WM9 or EuroTimez with the Clarks crystal installed - Who has the best Sub now
  2. Here is a profile of the Pre-V case lug shape you are looking for. I will build my 201/A in this case. Your 005 Case is fine for any "C" series and above. It is similar in lug to the Jimmy case Caseback and movement are good for 201/A
  3. I am going to build my Pre-A 02 (FGD Dial) in my Jimmy case.... The 201/A needs a Pre-V case lug....some older Rep cases had them.
  4. Agreed. Need the shorter fatter Lug case for 201/A
  5. $450 - 550 is the latest estimate
  6. Had an uncle who wore it this way and I never understood it I was always told it was to protect the crystal - another thing I never understood? Besides, you look like a dork, no matter what anyone tells you
  7. 3717-01 just took over for the Ingie for Friday
  8. Check out the new Nubuck Kodiak's from MP
  9. Welcome to RWG Frank. Good to see you back posting
  10. Tough question R. Panerai straps are like Ties...a very personal choice and statement. I think the watch case and dial matter in selecting straps. Of course, any Panerai, regardless of case finish and dial color, looks good with the PAV tan color of your existing straps. I have a variety of straps and I am a big fan of MP straps...I also love Europelli Shell Cordovan for a dressier look.... Most of the historical straps today come with sewn in buckles so that has to be considered as well. I have tried the SC buckles but find them too bulky. My favorite for comfort are the Simona curved or MP curved Pre-V buckles... A and B series should be 24/22 with Thumbnail buckles for accuracy if you are concerned with that. Pre-A and Pre-V go with the Pre-V bottle opener style buckles for accuracy - branded as yours are. Greg's Crazy Horse I straps are very nice for a casual look and feel... For PVD, I am currently eying up Greg's Marrone Antico
  11. Sounds like a great time R & J. Glad you are enjoying France...a wonderful place.
  12. If PAMman was #5 then I should be next in line
  13. Thanks Ray...I'm waitlisted already. I was #6 in line I've been watching this one. If I had my Tudor already I'd be all over it
  14. Good news, lucky you! Still waiting......
  15. I was thinking the same thing. Much better than my blender
  16. Wish my mother-in-law would come bearing a Homer box Did you get it directly from Homer in the UK?
  17. What was it those Guiness guys said..... Brilliant
  18. I missed this one Shultz probably because I am not a Bentley fan... Amazing results and a terrific review. The AR really makes a difference with this one. I love the dial and layout....The case is just too much bling for me
