all i know is that is virtually the same as our favorite mbw provider is selling, which is a "el primero" kit. the case is definatly NOT gen. i'm assuming it came from him as well, but who the hell knows these days

that case is a rep case, the dial is a gen refinish, the crown and tube gen, pushers rep, bracelet rep

of course i have my limits, being that you and I both know where i can get this and at what price, but the gen tube and crown do boost the value a little, and save me a bit of headache

actually, that gold thingy looks like a clasp that holds the dial feet to the movement, just gotta use a small screwdriver to push it back in place.

sure is a mightly clean case for a watch of that age, i am thinking that the case is not orignial, if gen at all. the movement looks to be the real deal though, curious finding there randy.....wish i knew more about this model to find all of the discrepencies

some people rather pay $500 for a modded watch that looks like, and will run like a gen. its just the way it is. nothing to understand, if you dont, you dont, if its not for you, then its not for you, no big deal. its just a good time.....either you are willing to shell out a few bucks on a fun hobby, or your not. i dont understand women, but i keep paying money to make them happy
