Thanks, was another of my "hobbies" a few years ago so i went and bought some good Canon gear. Its the Dark brown dial, which I think stands out a lot more, the black is just too plain as the rest of the watch is black. One thing i'll add about this watch is the shiney silver bits on the dial are VERY shiny. This one was designed by someone who designed superscars apparently. thats no doubt why I liked it when I saw it :-D

and one shot from my iphone 4's crappy camera, appologies for the colour balance on this one, its just for comparison. This was shot directly under a halogen lamp.

Thanks guys :-) Otek you spotted the only thing they messed up on this almost flawless example :-) Its my latest purchase from Josh. Lots more pics to come :-D The lume is crap, but it always is on any and pretty much ever rep, only exception i have seen (and have) is the omega proplof, which for factory lume is pretty damn good.

I'll start you all of with a teaser :-) Been doing pics all afternoon, I don't think my Rolex will get much wrist time now! I never liked Tag's apart from the Monaco of course :-) I seen the Calibre 17 and liked that, then I spotted the 36! What a watch! Comments more than welcome :-D

Looks like rust to me too, its supposed to be Stainless Steel (and a good grade at that!). I'd send a mail back and ask him to remove the plastic, and check its not rust, it might be just on the plastic to be fair. p.s. the pearl looks a bit flat and the logo on the clasp doesn't look very crisp, its its good value for money though these are small things which you can live with.

I've never had a problem with getting parts from Josh, he's excellent. I've just ordered another 2 watches from him, I'll review when they arrive. Definitely understands that treating his customers well and helping out is good for business, this is why so many recommend him and will continue to repeat buy.

I agree, and generally don't like text, you can read it however u like, and take things the wrong way or misread it etc. I always read things with a smile on my face. Especially hate text messages any non of this is relevant so i'll STFU :-) Wear ur DSSD well, i have mine on atm, and i generally can't take it off else my wrist feels really light.

I wasn't saying that trevors DSSD is crap, i just had a quick look at the tag monaco he has listed that was all... just to avoid confusion. I was trying to say that josh wouldn't even sell that to anyone thats all.

hmmm just had a look at trevors site, hes selling the "monaco" concept, which nakirra sells much cheaper anyway (identical version!) for the record i've had many great transactions with reg hes a good bloke, the problem is that this particular one has no full front so u can see the screws holding the face of the watch in the middle... in contrast, for what trevor sells josh sells a much better version, the front is full and it looks mint, the back might not be display, but the display back on those other monaco's is a joke, honestly. Anyway not dealt with trev i'm sure he's a nice guy, but josh is spot on I got my DSSD ultimate from him with ETA and correct bezel and quite a few others, he doesn't seem to stock crap at all even the cheaper watches are spot on, I'll always deal with josh from now on for my main deals and reg for pens and the odd cheaper version here and there.
