  1. I want England to win just for the heck of it. Even if they lose, Germany shouldn't be much of a problem for them, as the German defence is quite substandard, IMO.
  2. Love that collection....... I'm filling with jealousy. All genuines, damn, I would love to have that AP Offshore End of Days, I had a Rubberclad a while back and I'm waring a genuine Montoya now though.
  3. I hope it won't be a draw, I don't care what the score is, as long as the boys play with a little class this time.
  4. Buy a genuine one, remove the datewheel and put it in the rep. Or call Breitling themselves and ask for one, saying that you need one to make a fake Breitling perfect. I'm sure they'll understand.
  5. Becks doesn't have enough taste to even wear FM these days it seems, it seems to be Jacob all the way, from what I've seen recently (Most recent example: Rio Ferdinand's Pre-Cup Prank show) .
  6. I'm not going to name the dealer just yet.
  7. I meant to post this 2 days ago, but I'll do it now. I want to warn everyone with the 0581 cased Fiddy......... The front crystal definitely is NOT sapphire. How do I know? On Saturday night, I was in Leicester Square when some idiot who wasn't watching where he was going bumped into me. I was shocked to discover the crystal had a few deep scratches already. I don't think this should happen to sapphire, as sapphire should even be able to withstand being scraped against the pavement. I feel sort of cheated now, what should I do?
  8. The movements are as Swiss as sushi is. (Yes, they are fake ones)
  9. [censored] it- I was able to get through to Swatch Canada on Saturday and they hung up on me. Those bastards.
  10. I had coffee with a Toronto Purist last week and I wore a genuine AP JPM Offshore, I slipped it off my wrist for him to have a look, while I drooled at his genuine Patek Philippe 5970. He asked me if it was fake, because it was so light, and I said, no of course not, because it was made of titanium. I think it's the weight that throws people off, as the Offshore is a huge watch, but a lot lighter in Titanium.
  11. $87,500 for that set..... I wouldn't buy it half-price to be honest, since I don't understand the appeal of that watch. Sorry.
  12. Goooooalllll!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Adriano just scored a goal against Australia........... And I agree, what's with all the shirt pulling?
  13. I saw quite a few nice watches on a British Airways flight from Toronto to London in First Class. I saw a Patek and a Vacheron Constantin, and the rest were mostly Rolexes and Cartiers.
  14. Wow...... I wonder if this one will end in a draw.
  15. Breguet 5817 Marine with Rubber Strap. Girard Perregaux Seahawk II Professional 3000M.
  16. Anybody recommend any good watch shops to visit around? I'm not too sure if I will even have time to do any shopping, but I would like to know in advance. I will be in London for a week to visit old friends who I haven't seen since 2001. Thanks
  17. PAM 092, but after I get the 028A done, It'll be on my wrist more than my genuines
  18. Don't do it archibald, god knows how much it would be to fix a watch like this. At least my Breguet was still functioning, it was just the alarm that wouldn't go off, and that's already $4K.
  19. Going to London, England on Friday.....
  20. Awesome game. GO ENGLAND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I would love to see a Germany-England game, but I would bet on England because Germany's defence is less than impressive.
  21. WOW! Looks great. I wonder if something like this could be sold as genuine, which would be a very scary thing. If you don't mind me asking, how much did it cost you in total? I'm more interested in the cost of the genuine bracelet, case, etc. It must have been hard to get such parts.
  22. Update: I went to the AD today and made a big stink about the $100 outgoing and incoming fees. I basically told them to shove it, that the fee was absurd, considering Swatch Canada isn't too far away, and they immediately backed off from the charges both ways. I argued about them trying to rip me off, and that I would make a huge stink to all the other WIS in Toronto (Which I have already done anyways). I also decided to walk up to the salesperson who refused to show me the AP Royal Oak, with the model on my wrist and said "Nice watch, isn't it?". Then, I decided to contact Swatch Canada by phone later today, but the offices were closed by the time I called them. I also began filling out insurance forms this evening, it's worth a try in the end. The story continues tomorrow............... @TTK, much thanks for your advice on this issue, it's really important to get commentary from a fellow Breguet owner.
