  1. This watch has the BEST bracelet for a replica watch anywhere. You will not find replicas with awesome bracelets like this. The bracelet feels a lot like the genuine, and obivously these bracelets were made with quite a bit of care, as evidenced by the fantastic finish on them. Replica Panerai bracelets are also awesome. They are very true to the genuine. It's only when you remove the screws of one link, then you see how poorly finished it is inside, but who gives a crap. The IWC GST is also one of the best replica bracelets out there, despite the fact the clasp is quite flimsy and feels like it's ready to break any second. But how the bracelet link system can work exactly like the genuine is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! The finish of the GST bracelet is also very high end, with the exception fo missing perlage on the clasp. The Patek Nautilus bracelet is also awesome. It is not as finely finished, but feels very solid, and very well made in comparison to the genuine Nautilus. The Royal Oak replica bracelets leave a bit to be desired, despite the fact they are very nice. They don't curve as well as the genuine ones, and some links have a habit of getting locked, but when you look at the price of a genuine, it's easy to tell why there is a difference. And that's it! My bracelet review is now over.
  2. I would shoot myself if Patek started to pull crap off like this.
  3. Anyone else here have MSN Messenger or other Messenger services? I would be interested in taking to some of the people here.
  4. I think it's not that hard to do, since movements like the ETA 2894 as running seconds at 3:00. But I wish the manufacturers would just stop on Panerai, and get working on Blancpains, APs and Pateks!
  5. Damn, the vintage Type XX Breguet's are damn nice! But I rarely see them being offered for sale. A used modern one shouldn't set you back much, a strap model can probably be around $3000 if you hit the right deal. But the best Breguet's are it's Traditional models. The tonneau case Heritage is absolutely gorgeous and a true representation of good taste. The roasted Breguet hands on the silver guilloche dial in Yellow gold is the best combo out there. Most AP's, and everything Perpetual Calendar, Tourbillon, Minute Repeater always floor me. I remember handling a AP Grande Complication Royal Oak in Paris, and I nearly had a heart attack. Listening to the chimes of the repeater will touch any watch lover's heart. I even had the chance to handle one of Patek's most highly complicated watches, a Perpetual Calender with Minute Repeater and Tourbillon. (Although not the Sky Moon Tourbillon). You should try handling these sometime, but I'm not responsible for any injuries or the medical bills you may suffer. And yes, $6K for a Patek is good enough for some. The 3919 Calatrava is the most classic and timeless watch there probably is out there is existance. The watch can be 100 years old, and it will never go out of style. My father owns one, and my time for it will come sometime, and my future children will get it in the future too, then their children, and it goes on like that.
  6. Tang buckle is the most comfortable, but I don't like them. The deployants on my JLC's, and AP's were a bit uncomfortable and unforigivng. Same with my Breguet Marine Big Date, which has a deployant that can have the folding bit removed, and used as a tang. It was much more comfortable. But I don't like tang buckles because they damage the strap a lot quicker, and they cause the watch to slip off your wrist easier when you take it off. So, in the end, I do prefer to wear tang buckles, but my ultimate choice is to always get a deployant, since the comfort thing isn't that big of an issue to me, to be honest, I know it sounds weird, but everyone has their personal choice.
  7. Oh yes, to the Canucks who asked me what case this is, I'm afraid I can't tell you. The defendants are below 18. And what really amazes me too is, that it takes years to bring accused murderers to trial. This case happened in the year 2000, and the defendents were arrested in early 2001. I feel really sorry for the people who are arrested, kept in jail for a few years, later to find they're not guilty.
  8. You make a good case. I would buy it if it really had such a high calibre movement in it. But then again, if I could get a genuine one for $50K and the offer was legit, I mean, damn, why not? It's the same with all high end brands out there. That's why I obsess over brands like AP, Journe, Vacheron, Breguet and Patek. There is inherent enjoyment in owning the real thing. Whether or not the satisfaction is worth $10K or $20K to you is your own choice. I mean, I would shell out the money for a FP Journe tourbillon, if it comes around at the right price, even though I know it cost a miniscule fraction of it to make. And about Patek at earthly price, I'm not too sure about that, a standard Calatrava manual wind 3919 goes for something like $6K used.
  9. It's a very common problem on this rep. Tens of people have reported such issues. One word: LOCTITE!
  10. Wow, some Dutch kid is celebrating his birthday. Whoop-de-doo. What would you like as a present? Maybe a link from my Royal Oak?
  11. bres, Calm down..... Let it go. slayer has a history of picking fights with people. He has done it to me before. I have progressively learned to just ignore his war cries rather than respond to them.
  12. Umm if you were a girl, how could you masturbate in the first place? You would need to be lesbian too, I guess. Or you could be trans-sexual.
  13. @ Paul, Chris Lin, Aspire or whatever the hell you call that god damn place. Here's what I say about his most recent offer: Remember Paul, WE HATE FRAUD.
  14. Despite the fact I'm very busy right now, I have began to work on a Franken Offshore rep. I bought a genuine movement very recently on eBay. It is not the actual AP movement, but I just won an auction for a very old Girard Perregaux that uses the exact same movement, the movement being the JLC 889 with the Dubois Depraz chronograph module on top. I'm waiting for it to come soon. It cost only $800, but I'm still wondering, should I desecrate a genuine GP for a rep? I bought a genuine T3 dial last month off eBay for $250. Only thing missing on the dial is the magnification cyclops. I also bought a quartz T3 from King last week for the case. I'm praying that the genuine dial will fit the case, or I'm screwed. I'm also missing a set of genuine hands, which could be quite a problem too. The rep hands ar eokay, I'm just worried they won't fit. I also ordered a genuine strap from AP for something like $500. And I also have a genuine AP Schwarzenegger box for the YG model, which I bought off eBay for $120 as well. When I finish it, I'll post it all up for everyone to see. I will offer it for sale to the highest bidder, since the T3 is 2 times too big for my wrists.
  15. Oh right it is, I just saw the first post and posted the reply. My bad.
  16. No freaking way that is a replica. If it is one, I'll take it for sure.
  17. Speak for yourself. Oh that's rich coming from you. In the real world, everyone has their own opinions and feelings. In the real world, there are always 2 or more sides to a single issue. But you don't seem to accept that. I appreciate bres3000's presence here, since he has an interesting personality, which makes this forum all the more interesting.
  18. The avatar is no rep unfortunately................. There are reps out there must most Offshore reps stink, and some are quartz.
  19. Classy fella he is.............. Been on my wrist all week and will be for the weekend too.
  20. My god........... The first witness still isn't finished. He still needs to be cross examined by the defense and the prosecutor still needs to reexamine him. But at least the judge said that he would give us a break from the 10th, and we return to the courthouse on the 17th.
  21. Damn, one really needs to be a very stuck up show off to wear wither one of the first 4. That is just so "Emperor's New Clothes", IMO. I think I would spend $100,000 on a watch in the future, but damn, I would buy a Patek, a AP, a VC over these watches anyday. I would much rather take a $50,000 AP over a $100,000 cheap, tacky Rolex like that.
  22. My name. Plain and simple as that.
  23. Actually, not a Chelsea fan to be honest...... I just like Lampard as a player, and that's basically it. I am looking forward to him playing later this year in Germany, no doubt.
  24. We saw pictures of the crime scene today. The victim was a woman, who was naked on the floor in a pool of blood. Stabbed 48 times on her bed then dragged around on the floor. It was quite sad watching the mother of the victim in the viewing gallery, she was crying uncontrollably. It was quite a stomach twister. Tomorrow we see video footage of the crime scene and other photographic evidence too.
