  1. Sorry to hear of your trouble I hope you arranged with Puretime to cross ship the replacement, to save time You should really consider buying from a dealer who has some sort QC, like PreciousTime, or Eurotimez etc...... The 3 main dealers (and a lot of the other dealers too) do not QC the watches, they drop ship. They will probably get somebody to have a quick glance at the second watch that is sent though Cheers!
  2. How is this watch now? It has been updated with a brushed ceramic finish..... http://www.tt88time.com/index.php?main_pag...roducts_id=3420
  3. Wow fantastic write up! Thanks very much indeed, top stuff!
  4. I have never dealt with WM9 directly, but our own dealer here: http://www.rwg.cc/members/index.php?showtopic=85804 can get the latest WM9 watch. You may need to be a forum supporter to see the link though..... bklm1234 is the dealer: http://www.rwg.cc/members/index.php?showuser=3107 So it would be best to go through him, rather than direct to off board WM9.... Cheers!
  5. Knowing that the general public can be really stupid and annoying, I have no problem with him moving to a country where he can get some privacy, in his shoes most of us would do the same. Some peeps can handle it, others can't and avoid it (for example: how Beckham still keeps it real is beyond me)..... Hell, you get some soap stars having to put up with public abuse, because people are so supid they think the actor is the character they play on screen! Never underestimate the incredible idiocy of the general public The only thing that bugs me is the TAX issue, he should have to put something back into the UK TAX coffers
  6. I have high hopes for next season, F1 is back on the BBC, so no more poorly timed adverts! F1 on the BBC HD channel would be so sweet too!
  7. Indeed! Looks like my "end of the month" guess was not so bad after all! Fingers crossed for more watches/crystals turning up soon!
  8. If it levels the playing field and creates more on track action, I am all for it The best drivers should always rise to the challenge, I disliked the fact that the car was the star, so to speak....
  9. I hear there may be a big shake up of the points system next season? They also may be going back to the slick tyres too I think
  10. Yes because somebody in only their second F1 season should always drive like a veteran pro and make no mistakes If he nearly won the championship in his first season, and won it in his second, just imagine how good he will be as he matures over the next decade....
  11. It makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside knowing this fantastic Hamilton victory has seemingly upset so many other EU and worldwide peeps, you can feel the bitterness and bad sportsmanship oozing from their every pore It seems it is too hard for people to say "contratulations" for a well fought and deserved victory. Take that lemon out of your mouth it may be easier Try to be magnanimous in defeat.......
  12. Hello guys! Patinga stepped up to the plate and helped out big time, really nice of him and you guys too for offering Should have the item soon I hope!
  13. It is so stupid to have conspiracy theories, after all the teams would have to communicate to their drivers what to do, and when to do it, and then we would be able to check the radio chatter, no? Peoples ignorance of what driving on the wrong tyres, in wet conditions is like, does not take anything away from Hamilton, no matter how much you would like it too. He won it far and square, even with the FIA trying to penalize him out of contention and all the racist slurs etc..... To triumph against such adversity, must make it all the more sweet a victory for Lewis Cheers!
  14. The track got wet enough just at the right time, what a great race! The "fans" in the stands were booing and whistling Hamilton's first ever F1 Championship victory, showing themselves as having absolutely no class whatsoever...... Some of the other racist stuff Lewis has to put up with is disgusting too, what is wrong with people?
  15. Nah, I won't risk ebay, his description is totally wrong for the product Thanks very much patinga, I really appreciate your help
  16. What do you think of this? http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewI...ShippingPayment Should I buy it from him maybe? Seems it will be a new item, rather than an open box item..... Cheers!
  17. Thanks chaps, I am sure this is doable, with such great members on the boards!
  18. Hello I was hoping somebody from the US would mind re-shipping an item to me in th UK, from newegg? This is the product: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx...82E16816116041R I would of course send full funds and delivery costs first via PayPal, and a little extra for your trouble If you are a known member and willing to help that would be most gracious of you! Cheers!
  19. His budget fits the Samsung series 6 40" LCD perfectly, and as you mention, the only thing that ever puts my customers off, is the TV's appearance, not the picture quality.... It is always the ladies that dislike the red tint the TV has, or the gloss finish to the panel. Most blokes jump at the better image quality, sorry to any female board members, but it is a true observation The reflective surface should not be a problem, if there is a lot of light hitting the screen from elsewhere, you have put the TV in the wrong place anyway! Plus I always watch my movies with the light out
  20. Thanks very much for the info, I appreciate it I will contact him for sure when I have the funds spare
  21. Very nice strap indeed, may I ask the price, and how could I go about ordering one just like it?
