  1. First of all only Vintage MBW's willtake gen Inserts without Mods... Maybe the new Z series Sub wil accept the Insert, but I don't know because i know the watch only from the Pics... You can manage to fit a gern Insert on a MBW or TW Sub by grinding down the Bezel with a lathe... I have done it on mine and now a Gen insert will snap in like the real Deal.. Look here But this is an old MBW with different case, you can see on the cylindrical Rehaut and Lugholes... By the way can you post some pics of the Z-Series MBW containing Crystal construction and Bezeconstruction? Hope this helps
  2. Hello friends, I'm searching for a new Tube Tap and Tube inserting tool for Rolex sportmodells like SUb etc.

Fantastic Job looks amazing The Zigmeister is a master of art...
  6. I Think the bezel construction is a step in the right direction, but the engraved Rehaut [censored] me off. The maufacture need to bring up a modell with out the engravings... Lokks much better in my opinion.... Also the bracelet is wrong for a 2008 Submariner... Man I hate those things....... I think the WM9 Sub comes from the same factory without the F*@'$g Engraving on the Rehaut...
  7. Thats not the watch from TTK but the same... I have it not here yet, only Pics of it.
  8. By the way bracelet looks wrong... On the new 2008 Modell there is no Engraving of the serial number on the first link
  9. As I stated before... Bezel assembly is like Gen
  10. Yes It's on the way I have also contact to MBW and the new MNBW 16610 comes with engraved Rehaut like the 2800 Submariner. The Bezel assembly is like on a Gen Submariner... I have some Pics yet but Maria told me not to post them, because there are made some changes on the watch... I keep you updated
  11. Damm nice Prince I like it a lot Congrats
  12. Damm, it looks fantastic... Nice Improvement on this vintage Daytona... I love it......
  13. By the way, I own this one since many years.... Damm I like your Tudors, the Chrono looks damm nice,I love it..... I saw some franken ones from MBW,but they where expensive
  14. I know it's a Rep Forum and I have posted a lot of modded Rollies long Time before you joined in here So why not post a gen one? For some here for reference, for me too share a nice watch with other Members and Friends... I love to see watches from other Members Gen or not... If you do not, your problem... Only my opinion....
  15. Here is my gen Tudor Submariner
  16. I say it's not worth the work and the money... A Rep is a Rep Expect for the 16610 MBW case,it has too many flaws and much work to do it... When you get a 1 to 1 case than is this a option.
  17. Hello Guys, I'm searching for two aftermarket hollow mid link bracelets, like on the newer MBW/MBK Modells... Hope anybody can help me...
  18. Found it Here we go Comparsion of the datewheels Resamble the movemt from the case The hands must bes set to 12' o clock, cover the dial with paper to beware it for damgages Remove the hands Remove the Dial, its glued on the movement, you get it off with a small nife, pull the Knife on the ring where the dial is glued.. Take the knife to pull off the datewheeloverlay paitently After the Ovelay is off, take some glue and put it on the datewheel and allign it. you get best results when you allign the numbers to the middle of the stem put the Dial on the movemnt for a test, when its okay, you can install the hands at 12'o clock than all the same way back and thats the result.. Hope this helps....
  19. Interal Diameter of most Overlays are 14,9 mm, Outside is 23mm.. But 15 mm inside is ok too... It doesn't matter... I have made a Dateoverlay Tutorial long time ago..... Must search for it... I think installing the Overlay is not the hardest job..... Thanks that you climb in for this project Lello....
  20.
  21. Great watch looks stunning Stephane I hate you..... For your great post, your great watches Just kidding...
  22. I think it's a Tropic 18...
  23. Thanks for the comparsion.... wait a little there is something in the pipeline... I will inform the forum when it's done
  24. I think just read about Rolex Submariners here in the Forum.... Learn your lesson about it than you have the answer of your question
  25. I have done it on my white 1680. You need another Dial spacer to do it right. Than it rotates free on a 1680. but the numbers on the wheel look damm blurry under the huge magnification of the tropic... I think too blurry,so i decided to change back to my old Datewheel from the Bay... Lello i have a gen silver datewheel, if you need it for reference, just let me know... There you can see the printing of the numbers and the finish of the metall... i think you are the right man to do this, your other wheels look fantastic...
