@ Steph
I see you can't wait to handle it
in Person right
Just one day and I present you your new Sub.
To all others thanks for your nice comments.
At the first look it look really like gen on the Pic.
I shot it by my self but didn't notice that
Nice as allways
How about the casback, do you have the right one?
I love these Tudor Franken.
Easy to build all is made for Eta movement, no dateoverlay....
Just put together some mode on the case and you get this beauty.
Congrats Ubi this is a great Project.
I have heard from MBW that the WM9 comes from MBK.
That is the first Series witch has Bezel Assembly like Gen but
no engraved Rehaut.
Also the Dial is from the first batch with his typical flaws.
The newer MBK 2008 with engraved Rehaut is the same Base.
I will compare the cases when Eurotimez Subs arrive.
Hope MBK will makes step backward and sell them with
no engravings in the future.
You can try a vintage Tudor Sub.
You need a MBW/MBK 1680/5513 Case its 40mm in
diameter which is correct for this Sub.
It also accept a vintage Tudor Submariner Dial.
A 2836 Eta movement and you need no Date Overlay
because the Eta wheel lines up perfectly.
You need also a Vintage Tudor Glass with correct cyclops
spacing.
Hope this helps.
