  1. This is an old thread Chris, the 1680 is updated a long time. Must share the Pics the next time also the great white is updated.
  2. Yes for shure it will look like new. I think you remember my Tudor and it was horrible before service and polishing. They do a damn good job but it takes time. If I where you I would change the AD
  3. Nothing changed on the design of the Noob Bracelets in the last year. It looks different because the middle piece of the endlink is rounded on the edges. Trying to sand it down like Frank does is a good idea to get it closer to gen. Also the angle of this Endlink is a bit different to the real deal. So you guys can discuss this more and more, but there is no other option in the moment. The Endlinks on the WM9 are nice but the bracelet is solid, also the clasp is much better.
  4. I think we all know that the SEL's are a bit different from the Gen ones... But there is no other option for better ones.. So who cares...
  5. Haha, I think this is Frank ones, because on the Pic, the Gasket is also broken That was the sample that Chris send me for review I think.. Funny
  6. Great work my friend I told you before all gen parts fit fine. I would like to see more pics from the rehaut with out the engravings Again looks fantastic
  7. Damn nice Couple my friend Allways a pleasure to read your posts..
  8. Hey Frank, your gasket is broken what I see from the Pics. The small gasket in the retaining Ring a the bigger plastic ring are normally one piece. Maybe you broke it by dissambling. So no plastic Ring that hold the Bezel and an extra gasket for the Crystal just one gasket. Hope you understand what I mean.
  9. First of all a 1460M is not easy to build. The Dial is smaller as on Sub with Date, also the Crystal. You need also a smaller Bezel Insert. I think you can't find a Case with right dimensions. That's the reason why no good Rep exist.
  10. Nice, but heating is also easy and much faster.
  11. here you see the differences - rep vs gen : Could you please Took a picture without gasket from the rep Glass.. BTW the Gasket is too small Looka t the Pics I send you..
  12. Frank you need a gen or aftermarket Gasket to fit the Glass. On the other Euromariner all fits fine I can't understand why not on yours. It looks like the gasket is broken and you have now two pieces ? Maybe there are small differences from factory. But hey looks good.
  13. No offense to you Freddy, but you will tell us you drill non existing Lugholes with a Handdrill in 2 Minutes? Come on Brother Everybody who tried it in the past knows, that it is damn difficult to drill the holes on the outside Lugs. When you look at the Pics you can see that these holes are damn clean and well centered. Believe me that is not an easy Job. So think about it before you post something. Only my 2 Cents.
  14. A college of mine has upgrade to 2.0 today. Some nice inprovements but the Appstore sucks. You must now pay for Apps that you get from the old installer for free. But I will sell my old Iphone and get a new one with 3G while I'm in Europe and Edge is so damn slow.
  15. Can you them pickup without contract in the US? I have the old 8GB.
  16. Why not buy a Vintage GMT and remove the CG's?
  17. Hey Saso, I know what you mean my friend...... BUT as I told you before you will amazed only a short time of your Gen one.... Why? Because it's Gen nothing more to do on it. No hunting for Parts to get it better, Fun and joy If you have something new or special on your Rep... A Gen is amazing i know, but after a while the Fever comes back,Believe me... I told it thousand times " I'm ready with reps" and hey I'm still here.... Now I have more fun on it as before.. I had never met you all without our hobby REPS.. And after the nice GTG I'm thankfull to know you all in Person....
  18. First Rolexex Cases are stamped out from solid 904L Than they where machind like every other Case.. When you can do it why not, with the right CNC Machine you can do a lot.. You can take an WM9 Case or a Eurotimez Case to reproduce it... But I think its expensive to do it..
  19. Also from me Happy Birthday
  20. Count me in for two cyclops Thanks
  21. You funny Americans, in the EU I pay about 1,60 Euros for a liter unleaded Fuel. Count that in Dollar and compare to a Gallon and you know where Fuel is expensive.
  22. For vintage Subs there is only one way. MBW/MBK ones, they are most accurate and they can take Gen Parts. On this ones are also some flaws but not really a problem. Crown position is a bit lower than on gen.
