  1. not Gen but why not I think to find a gen Comed Dial is nearly impossible, and if you find one the price too high for a Rep.
  2. Never heard of a Dealer who sells Franken Rolexes. But if its true that's interesting.
  3. Cyclops swap is easy, but I would go for a Gen Crystal or good generic.
  4. Very nice, I can look at this Pics ever and ever again. The rehaut depth looks perfect as I stated times before. The idea to change the SEL's is also very nice. Damn good Job Randy I love it
  5. So maybe for the US, I put the gen Parts on the watches I mod, for this prices But you are right,if you have no source you must pay the gray market price.... But he asked for a fair Price.. Maybe I must think about my price range
  6. Simply WOW Thats an fantastic Franken and one of the best I have seen. You can be proud of this nice watch. This is why I love RWG, you will be amazed every time again. Congrats to this beauty
  7. Wow, that's expensive. NOS (New Old Stock) is totally [censored]. The Endlinks 580 and 585 etc. are still in production. So prices above 100
  8. haha good one There is also a Ipod with phonefunction called Iphone
  9. Sorry to hear that I had the same thing with my cat years back....
  10. First you must pop up the Bezel, after that there is a retaining Ring that hold the Crystal in place.... Took a small knife or whatever and try to pull the Ring up.. Go around the retaining ring by pulling up... when the ring comes loose, you can easily take the glass off.... After installing the new glass you must prees the Retaining Ring back in place.... Hope this helps
  11. Congrats to the nice Phone Randy.. Vertu is like buying a designerdresscode Not really for the technic freaks but it has something special and asthetic..
  12. I have never seen Vintage one from watch material,do you have Pics..? Thats really interesting... I have not really experience with aftermarket Vintage Pearls I use gen ones
  13. No man, Watch material for modern Subs. Offrei for Vintage Rollies, they have good acrylic Pearl.
  14. Really a great Review We need more of this also from other watches. Many thanks for your time to do this. I updated mine with a Lello Datewheel after that I noticed that the factorys updated the BCE too. Hope they will donon the other modells too.
  15. Looks good to me You need a gen Pearl than it looks perfect.
  16. Yes Sir, that's the easy way but you can do it also with a needle from the backside. Put a small hole in the pearl to get the Luminova off the pearl. Fill it with some other sort of lume. Mix it with some brownish color to get the vintage effect.
  17. Some want it for their Vintage Rollies to become a more authentic look Look here the Insert installed on a great white.....
  18. Ok, but I thought everybody knows how it works... So I took Chlorix (its a kind of bleaching stuff based on Natriumhypochloride) I popped the Gen Pearl of the Insert and put it in this stuff for about 10 minutes. After that I cleaned the Insert and thats it.. Easy to do...... For the Pearl I took some wood furniture varnish to become the slightly yellow- brownish color Mask it over the SL pearl... Lets dry and thats it.... Also an easy job Hope this helps....
  19. Nice I like the First one.... Does the Rep insert faded eaysier than the Gen one?
  20. This is how it looks now..... I think nobody will think its a complete new gen Insert
