  1. Wholesaleoutlet Crystal is fine but the gasket is bad
  2. You are right about the crystal, because factory put the same crystal on it as on older Mbk Subs. Chris replace them now to right Crystal and Gasket so this issue is solved in the future. When you look at mine now with the new Crystal it looks identical to Gen. So the issue is only by the crystal and gasket not by the Case.
  3. You can use the gen gasket with the Clark, Ofrei, Wholesaleoutlet Crystal
  4. Great review as allways Its really a damn good Sub I love it As I can see on your Pics the CG's looks the same as on the Euro little bit too long and slightly wrong shape so I believe its the same base Case Here is mine Gen Crystal ,Gen Date wheel, Gen Insert, shaved CG's, Noob Dial and Bracelet So next step is a better SD
  5. Damn hard to photograph, but here it is at night at day The watch So on this one I installed a Gen Glass,Gen Insert Gen Date wheel SL Dial is in work, maybe Gen Tube and Crown Update will follow
  6. Ups, its late here I mean the non lugholes Version
  7. Today I received the Gen Glass for my Euro non Lughole Version. Looks perfect, but now I can't find the edged Crown again I know it is there, maybe its more visible in Daylight. Will try to make a Pic of it tomorrow. But when you compare these edged Crown to the Rep one than Rep is Spot on. So when you change the Crystal on your Euro,WM9,PT supreme what ever you can also take a good generic one its a good option because the edged Crown on Gen is not really visible.
  8. you know this is my favorite Sub ever. I love the mix between vintage and modern on a 16800. The matte Dial with the markers with no gold surrounding I like much more than the shiny modern one. Congrats to this fantastic beauty and to this really great review of your new Sub.
  9. I think I need to bash my dad, becuase he bought a Opel as I was born in the 70 and not a Submariner
  10. You can get the Crystal also from Wholesaleoutlet on the Bay I looks like Gen and has the same bevel like the Offrei one... Only the gasket is bad on this but its really cheap..
  11. No Precious Time We talk about the Supreme Sub.
  12. so I talked to Chris about the Crystal problem. I thought by my first review the Crystal gasket where broken. Now we know it was not. Chris told me he has also PT's Sub and he tried two mix the Parts from both watches. The result was that the Crystal include gasket from Pt fits the Euro. The same works with the retaining Ring from PT and also the one from the Euro on PT's Sub. So I think the Case design is the same only the Crystal and gaskets are different. I had also no problems to install a gen Insert it snaps in easily. Maybe there are small differences from Case to Case from factory? Who knows. As I modded WGenzos WM9 he send me also an after market Crystalgasket and it don't fit the Case so I decided to take the rep gasket for the gen Crystal. also a gen Bezel won't fit without a little work on the WM9 so there are also some small issues.
  13. As I told in the past a Gen is Gen its a perefect watch. Especially Rolexes are a good investment and they grow up in price every year. If they are worth the money? I really don't know, but best thing is if you ever invest In a gen one, you don't loose your money in the future buy the way fantastic Picture.
  14. No its not Gen. There are a lot of these ones on the Market. Dial is a reprint on these, also the Case is aftermarket. They come with Tudor signed Eta but they are also not gen. You could get them cheap in the past in Thailand
  15. @ Ubi something went wrong here same kitchen desk, we drive Audi and love the same watches?!? Thanks Guys, I have a gen Crystal on the way now, hope it has the edged Crown on it. But for now it's really damn close to gen expect the Bracelet.
  16. Now here are some better Pics of my new Submariner Base Case is the V4 Euromariner Case with no Lugholes I installed a Eta 2836-2 Movement on this, the Dial is a Noobmariner Dial Datewheel is a gen 3135 Insert is also Gen Glass is a genereic from the Bay The Cg's are reshaped in length and to gen dimensions Noob Bracelet Will replace the Tube and Crown to Gen in the future but must source the Parts.. I can't tell any differences about the Rehaut and Crystal anymore Also the Crown placement is not bad for an Eta based Case Biggest Improvement for me is the nice Date and the right magnification on this one Here now some better Pics
  17. Thanks Taka, yes its a nice Case needs some Mods but this is also on WM9. As I have heard the no engraved WM9 is out of production now. Will post some better pics of mine tomorrow
  18. So, I discussed this with Chris but this is an issue of the Glass I think. Chris has also PT's new Sub which is the same like WM9 and all Parts fit the Euro also the Parts from Euro to PT's Sub. I replaced the Crystal on my V4 Euro with a generic one and also installed a Gen Insert with no problem. So I think its not necessary to sand down the retaining Ring. Maybe there are some differences in the production time by time who knows. I thought by my Review the first time that the Crystal Gasket is broken in two pieces. Now I know it is not. The Crystals on the Euro has a too visible edged Crown I think, so replaceing with a generic one is the best solution. Chris will do it in the future I think.
  19. Seems you all had a lot of fun. Great Pics and some nice watches. Maybe in the future we can meet all together. Thanks for sharing
  20. Thanks mate, yes not really an easy job. I must sand down a lot of the gen Datwheel that it rotates free. After some time I get it right. I want a perfect Date on this one and now it looks like gen. Have to thank the member who sold me the Datewheel
  21. Quality of the Case is really good. Only the engravings between the Lugs are a bit blurry. But this can be solved in the future I think.
