Yeah the Hermes is impressive. If you like it that much, have a look at Montale's Red Vetiver. Also, I blend my Neroli Portofino with a bit of Tuscan Leather...it's simply amazing. Ask for a sample of Tuscan Leather, a small amount goes a very long way anyway with TL.

With the crown in position '0' (closest to the case), with an upwards movement, wind the crown carefully for about 30 times if the watch has stopped completely. As an automatic movement, you wouldn't have to worry after that provided there is wrist movement. Be advised however that this movement has flaws and there are multiple threads reviewing this particular style of movement (characterised by the 'seconds at 6').
