I didnt miss that point. I got it. My point was that a lot of people (some watch enthusiast too) would find it naive/a waste of money/getting screwed by the seller/etc by paying more than $40 for a fake watch. If a guy puts $500 down on a replica, its seen as a great project here. But if a guy pays more than retail for a watch that he values, he is a moron? To me, everyone is jumping on him is a result of jealously. but... thats just my opinion.
This board continues to amaze me. Everyone goes nutty when a members posts a new purchases of a rep watch then someone posts about a gen they buy and everyone scoffs at it.
Most definately Paypal, unless you accept credit card through some other third party, but if you are asking this question, Im assuming that is not an option.
Its too bad everyone's opinion of "problem" is different, otherwise we could quantify an answer of the likelihood of a problem.
For me, Ive never had a problem. Ive had to realign a date wheel once, but, for me, I dont consider that a problem. To me, a problem is a major cosmetic flaw or a movement that is dead.
To some people, its just something around your wrist that tells time and has no significance in their life other than that. As someone who sells watches, I would think you would have realized that.
Im against it for the sole reason that it may draw unwanted attention to this board. Since it is an international forum, debating the legality of knifes is pointless.
Im sorry if you took a lot of offense to me by my comment in your thread that your picture quality needs work. I didnt mean it as a really insulting comment, especially something worth leaving the board over.
