WOW....I was excited first....the pics look promising
UFF....I am disapointed now.....the price looks desperate
Think I will spend my money on another watch....what a shame.

I polished 2 of my DSN watches (a 202A and 203A) and the result is very nice.
The PVD coating is polished off.....yes you can get a PVD watch back to its original ss color (I have done it before)!
The "older" DSN PVD coating is a bit better to get it to real vintage look, because the color was more dark black and the end result is a very dark but shiny grey....the new DSN PVD is grey from the start and will only get lighter.
In edition I polished the case with a dremel and polishing wax.....that gives it an even better shine.
Anyway, you cannot picture the results.....every pic I took looked different due to angle, light and distance!
AND PLEASE NOTE: You can easely go tooo far with cape cod and have the PVD come off where you want it to stay

...regardless if this will be an easy fix or not...the watch is not 100% in function...SEND IT BACK!
Theo
P.S.: I had the same problem with another chrono and it died shortly after I realised the fault.
P.P.S.: I have the same problem with an MBW ROO and I just shake the watch a bit to get it running.
Lani,
great strap you got....and lucky you are that Aaron made this happen in worldrecord time
My new titanium grey croc is still not ready and now he did not respond for a week.....allthough his straps are AAA, his turnaround is ZZZ
Theo
Thx gentlemen.....I tried to put all watches together for a group shot...no way, 40 is deffo too much for 1 pic , I have to make seperate pics.....a PAM pile and an AP pile...hahaha way cool.
Theo
I would also like to get that RG rubberclad.....but they have to improve the rubber bezel completely!!!
My rubber bezel is now torn at 5 positions and it rubs off easely just while wearing a sweater
Theo
Dear All,
found some time this morning to shoot pics with some of my Panny family... I picked 5 out of 40 and had them piled on the garden table....I am not a photographer....enjoy the nice pic anyway
Theo
Try one of the service centers or your local AD....they are about 140 USD or 100 EURO.
Theo
P.S.: But the original buckle is 16mm!!!! And most of the straps of 3rd party suppliers are 18 or 20mm.
They are going STEP by STEP.....now this piece is titanium at least....all other flaws are still there and the biggest flaw... it is way too small!!!
Theo
Just to stress this again...the endlinks shall not move!!!!
They have to be fixed like screwed!
Otherwise the strap would move on the case and get damaged!
Flip the moving endling around...that will cure
Theo
Hey rangrs...
seems you have the same watch I got.....the same glue at the datewindow, the same #2 between the lugs and I have the same power reserve
But you are right, the strap looks good for a rep strep....but when I changed the strap (upside-down) for comfort I noticed the torn lug-parts...
I will deffo have a look at strap-lx site....
Theo
LANI...
that straps looks killer....allthough a lighter color would stress the grey dal color a bit more.
Aarons straps are really top-notch but the waiting time is sooooood damn long
I ordered a titanium grey gator, thick padded.....mmmhh I look forward to receive it.
Thx for the update and pics.....
Q: how long did he take to build your strap?
Theo
LANI and M....
you are both so right...I hate the debates about a rep being not accurate and have a tiny dot that is 0.05mm on the wrong side or the datewindow sunken too far....we are talking reps and boy, I am so impressed of the latest outcomes of watches...the Skyland, the Heritage, the C1, the Rubberclad.....I will not claim about minor flaws. and don
