OK...as Dani stated above....the ALLBLACk should have and all black date...thats black numbers (shiny) on black background (matte). A white datewheel or white numbers stick out of the watch and make it scream FAAAAKE! just my 0.02$ Theo

OK I am biased in this question....GREY is by far my favorite color....have a grey car, only wear grey clothes and most of accessories are grey. BUT, I choosed the grey dial because I have too many blacks....but most of all, the Breitling SKYLAND is an aviators watch, the old B-Uhren came with matt black dials in the 40ies and were often exposed to bright sunlight for a long time...the black faded over the years and some dials nowadays appear to be grey or faded black in color. I like the thought that this fact was in the designers minds. The Avenger allways came in grey dials....I think grey dials suit the watches (big, heavy, crowded) far better than black which stands out and screams BIGGGY. But this is all just a thought and only from my heated brain...so don

Dear members, just like to share a picture of my now finished SlyTech DAYLIGHT with nice patina on the dial-dots and the hands. This watch looks like worn for some years under the italian sun Dial and caseback came from DSN....the rest was a strandard PAM111, the strap is a San Dave vintage blue croc ...especially made for it. Hope you like it.....now I have a white dialed PAM in my collection again. Theo

The Skyland Blacksteel might be in the process of making...not out yet, but you can bid your left liver that it will be available in the next weeks The Skyland in simple ss comes with BLACK, BLUE or GRAPHIT dial....it should not be called grey .... compared to the Avenger in Titanium with a grey dial...this color is darker. Theo

The models are bit too far away from the real deal.... - wrong movement/subdials - the details are not even close - you can see the datewheel through the dial.....thats a 7750 error....but with the new sec@12 7750 you will have a simple plain plate under the dial....how will they manage to have the gears shown. ....do a search please....you will find a lot for the OCC. Unfortunately most of the info found is not good....I had it for only 1 week and faced the same problems than most of the known members here: - crown-tube to short...will stripp - dust and dirt on the dial - lug screws stripped - wobbling bezel...also not alligned..... Mmmmhh....you know we have a similar taste so I decided for the white dial rubberclad (allthough I did order a black one ). Just imagine this rubberthingy with sloppy jeans and T-shirt....a LOOKER! The rubberclad is one of the easiest sportswatches there are (beside the SUB). Please note....the rubberclad will wear much smaller on the wrist than a SS bezel model....just an illusion from the black bezel! Have fun wearing it...cheers mate Theo
