@ALL....I got several PM
-
I feel your pain and I do understand you are [censored]...I am in the same boat with my OCC I got some weeks ago: 1) screw-down crown does not screw in...the thread of the tube is far too short! 2) dust under the crystal 3) the bezel is not allingned at 12 4) the bezel is loose and can be moved to the side 2mm! 5) both lug-screws that hold the rubber strap to the case are stripped, one of the small screws fell out or was not delivered! Anyway I shipped the watch back to the dealer...he will not exchange it for a new one because I did wear it for 1 day (well at least 2 hours)...now I am anxiously waiting the watch to arrive at the dealers home (home?...). JOE....you should not accept these issues....at least the strap and the wobbling of the bezel are not to tolerate...the dealer should exchange it.....YES I KNOW taking delivery of a watch from china is OK...sending a watch into china...you have a good chance of 50% that it will get lost Cheers, Theo P.S.: ...if you like to PM me for your dealer....it might have been the same one and they should do something cause there are more and more people with QC issues from my dealer!

....so, and what will we do with it?.......NOTHING untill you also find a fitting movement, hands-set and drill the MBW-case....so there is tooooo much work and it will never end....some people tried this before. Theo -
I do like it....this can be my next purchase if Jay gets my broken OCC fixed. What is the push-button at 2 o

I like the watch a lot...but like Kostas stated in 3 phrases.....LOVE IT....TOO EXPENSIVE....WON

...I do agree....have the same feelings. As you are obsessed by Breitlings, my only watch-interest was PAM...had some 50 pannies in the past....most of them went to new loving homes....now I built an APROO collection, but as I do have nearly all existing models right now (and some pieces even double or triple) I fear to loose my fun for them. I think this will never stop....its an UP and DOWN, a LOVE and HATE....but thats part of the fun...no?! Theo

...good find....I heard from that dealer but never purchased from him.....and to be quite honest I don
-
...thanks for the heads-up. Yes the watch is really nice....but what is the price for.... a grand for a ceramic bezel??? WTF will this lead? I had one of the ALL BLACK

Looks great....the APbands smoke grey gator was a good choice....wear it well! Theo

Guys...I have to chime in here. This is a great review...as stated on page one allready...and it made me pull the trigger for an OCC. The watch came some 8 days later and I was not that happy with it....the flaws on my piece were: 1) screw-down crown does not screw in...the thread of the tube is far too short and the crown keeps popping-out! 2) dust under the crystal, and not 1 tiny corn....several big dust flakes and hairs are on the dial and beneath the saphire 3) the bezel is not allingned at 12 .... it is half way between 12:00 and 12:01 4) the bezel is loose and can be moved to the side 2mm! It jiggles when you move the watch. 5) both lug-screws that hold the rubber strap to the case are stripped, one of the small screws fell out or was not delivered! Due to the lug-screws and now the stripped crown-thread I cannot wear this watch, I wanted to wear it as a sports and swim watch...no chance now. I allready shipped the piece back to China....my first back-shipment in 3 years rep-collecting and over 100 watches!!! ...really hope it will make it
-
...due to the missing counterpart-movement (big-size with power reserve indicator)....NEVER
-
Just 2 pics of my EoD...well, at least from 2 of them. Left version is Angus (sold-out) seconds-dail@9 and the right one is the MBW version....unless the finish of the bezel-side, the watch from Angus is very nice...and he might have a swiss one available (or can source the swiss)....I allways go for the asian version...I have 50+ watches and swap every day....so I will never wear the watch enough to make it stop As someone mentioned...you have a lot more strap options with the old-style ROO case....go for Angus asian....cheers Theo

MBK is no SE (Special Edition) There have been 2 models/makers. One came from the chineese market with a poor datewindow, the other one is from MBW (MBK) and comes with a way better datewindow and a better quality in finish. Only go for MBW...believe me, I know waht I

Where did it surface? C-street? Honestly....this BigBang is not KING! Theo

Some things to clear up: - the hands should be black...of course! - the color of the gen- vs. rep-dial...well, you cannot really tell, I had the gen in my hands many times and the color changes in every light, surrounding, angle you hold it and pints you have in - the caseback is not as deep and crisp engraved like on the real one...but please don

Thx for teaching.....have to dive a bit deeper into history now Theo
