...thx for that review....I love my VOLCANO cause it is soo very different. But you really need to get a new strap for it...try ORACLE straps and get a kevlar white stitched with endlinks and buckle....color the thread in orange....perfect match! Wear it in good health Theo

Registered mail can take up to 5 or more weeks (groundshipping / and via ship). Registered airmail might take 5 business days. If reg. air you will get/have a track number that works on the website of Deutsche Post but will only be trackable via customer service center (speak to them in Frankfurt).....but with the German number (beginning RF.......DE) you can call USPS and they should give you an US track number once the package hits the US boarder. As allways we share the same taste....last year I was sooo tempted to get the ED but I waited and waited. I then found someone who had the rep and was able to lay my hands on it. Well.....the overall watch is very nice, the size is great, the movement is cool and reliable, the design is unique. But what botherd me was....no AR coating o that crystal makes the watch look cheap (OK this can be modded) and the missing strap options....The construction really allows only THAT attached strap and nothing else, the strap was stiff and shiny and looked like plastic, I asked the guy why not buy a gen strap? He smiled at me and told me "no chance to get a spare if you dont have the case, reference and limitation number of your piece" and if you manage to order a gen strap....it is around 800USD!!!!!! In these times we are living now with reps becomming extremely accurate, most of them come with factory AR and a nice finish....I would not go for that Dubuis ED...find a new love! I for myself purchased the new ORIS Carlos Coste LE from Angel&Jay ... that watch is different. Or how about the new MBK APROO with diamond-set case that Chris from EUROTIMEZ sells?????? Man, you will find something new to admire....but not that ED please, cheers mate, Theo

Here is my MM I did last year......started as a normal PAM-case.....had an old DSN dial that was re-done (erased the T SWISS T and re-lumed with vintage looking C1/C3-mixture)....the case was beat-blasted and then sand-blasted at one company, after that treatment I shipped it to another company that does a good PVD coating (similar to the old-shiny PAM cases from the Pre-V era.....the company knows that special PVD coating very well from the past ). That project took around 8 month untill finished.....today I would allways buy a DSN 202A and might get it re-PVD in that better color. Theo

....I imagine that the CC will be quite similar to the PAM ChronoZilla and 2,500 Submersible....I own both watches and they are heavy pieces and big...but they look good on my standard 6.8" wrist. I was just sending A&J a request for this piece...only thing that bothers me is the old 7750...mmmh Theo

@pamfried ...good choice, congrats. If they only did the dial better....this version is simply white with black numbers...the GEN Safari dial is off-white with dark brown numbers. But this is as close as it gets...and the hornbacks are just fantastic....have to ask my dealer for one of those as an upgrade Thanks for showing, Theo
