I am absolutely sure that most of the ultra-multi-function Benrus, Gigandet and Wakmann-cobbled Breitlings, and Breitlings used the same movement as the all-mighty 6036 Jean-Claude Killy... The super amazing (and quite rare) Valjoux 72C. There were some of these watches that used a modified Venus 178 movement as well (at least for some of the Breitling iternations).
You are a lucky man, especially with that killer AOPA dial. I'd love to own an AOPA Navitmer one day, but I'll settle for any ol' ref. 806 to fit into my collection. For that matter, I'll take an AVI Co-Pilot, too
PS. Ironically, I am working on trying to get an 806 through a reputed vintage watch dealer that I've known for years. It's not an AOPA-dialed version, but it is a very early 60s 806.
