  1. You know that the dial has a shiny finish, I've never seen a RLX rep dial without minimal marks of dust, fingerprints or micro-scraches. If you AR coat the crystal everything will be visible! It's nearly not possible to clean up a RLX dial to 100%, even not a local watchmaker. AD's maybe have a solution, but our modders here I think not. BTW: I have done a LV for a friend and I changed all markers on the dial. I cleaned it very good up with 99% alcohol before installing the new markers. And I can tell you, it was after that more resistent to dust, because you can blow it without problems away. Maybe that helps you if you want to AR your crystal...
  2. Yes, he earned good money, bought himself a gen maybe and now he's one of them! Sure. Man, he's for me a fool! Really! I am also member there, on the gen forum (and for sure not the only!). But I'll never come up with the idea to make there some friends myself with such posts!!! It's really incredible... I would blow up this guy!
  3. Congrats sql, also to you ubiquitous! Amazing projects, amazing watches...
  4. Oh, I've not notice this thread, yet! Hi there, just wanna say that It was a amazing weekend, with very great people! Everything was perfect - the location, the weather (OK, not all time but nice), the watches, the dinner and the small-talks with everyone! I hope we can do it again, as soon as possible!!! I really have many friends, but this experience was new for me! It was great to make "party" with people wich have same interests: WAAAAAATCHEEEEES!!! Next time I will stay in the hotel and mod with Taka watches, for free of course! He is a awesome guy!!! And of course all other are champs... I REALLY MISS YOU, GUYS!!! Special thanks to the donators like Jakub, Verbal Kint and petergunny! I wish they were there, but they can't make it... Here my favorite pic:
  5. If there are takers - no problem! BTW, I did also one for you! I will come up one day and bring it when I drive my wife to work.
  6. The next mod is waiting for you, Stephane...
  7. When a answer or question is complicated, then is the next answer or answer of the question more complicated....
  8. I don't know what you mean, but if I think that you mean what I thought, then you misunderstand my thought...
  9. Yes it's difficult, but no damages on crystal guaranteed!
  10. BTW, does somebody know if AR is possible to make on a date lens (because the small size)? To take it off and glue it back on right position again is no problem...
  11. Gen, the numbers on the bezel are correct. @ By-Tor You know that we can change crown and date lense, but to get a gen bezel I think is very hard...

    Eta 2846

It has simply to be a dial with feets position for ETA, thats all! If that helps: one feet at ca. 2.00 and the other at ca. 8.00 o'clock... but it has to be precise, you can't buy a dial only by looking to the position. And don't forget, the dial must also fit into the case...
  13. Here you see a V1 in comparsion to a gen after I modded the CG's and install a gen inlay. But there are still big failures on it: Also, - crystal is too high (thats because the gen inlays are flater than the rep ones, and normally the crystal came more out!) - crystal has a too conical shape, thats a dead giveaway for the rehaut - good shine of the steel like gen, but you get scraches on the case only by looking at the watch - and the bracelet was also pure, material and finish; maybe that gets better...
  14. Great review from a great person, looking forward to take some drinks together... Cheers
  15. Please quote my whole post! Don't copy out what you want to hear... I was talking about the rehaut, so use your lents to see the whole post!!!
  16. No way, the CN bezel has a bigger diameter...
  17. What the hell... At first all buyers were crying, because the bezel is too thin - and now it is too thick! Now it looks just funny... IMO It's better to save the money for gen bezel-insert and/or crown and tube, 'cause you never will get a correct looking SD without investing a lot of money!!! I am happy with my sale of the SSD, this model is unaccurate in so many points! And low in quality, also! Let's wait up to see more details from the new MBK SD's, maybe they are better...
  18. Another positive proof that the rehaut IS conical on a gen! Thanks very much for the pictues!!! If this watch is gen (what is bulletproof) , the MBW is as far better than a WM9!

OK, the watch is not bad at all. It has only the wrong size, the correct size would be like the SSD (not the thickness). And there are no lugholes like on gen. The EL's are correct on your watch, but it's not the same like on the pictures - if that was your question...
  20. Black! It's looks more elegant. I don't like white dials, thats because I sold my white Steelfish with gen movement - my biggest mistake! The gen movement i need now...

    - Not the same bracelet, the watch on the link has solid EL - Clasp - Case seems not to be the same, also! Look at the rehaut and the CG's If you ordered the watch from the link, you have to know it's not the same watch! And take a look to the movement!
