    Polex ?

No, it's a polex! The caseback is without engraving...
  2. It's a nice watch, I love it. Only issue are the lugholes, telling from the pictures, they seem to be a little too big!?

    Polex ?

Maybe bring it to the post-office and send it to me?

    Polex ?

Yes, it's your watch! I am waiting only for the dial, the date-wheel is still laying here around... Thank's again for the great deal!
  5. Take off the rotor and put a little silicone-grease-drop on the bearing, if the loud rotor is the only thing that is annoying you...

    Polex ?

    I have a modern 16610 without wholes in the lugs. It's a real MBK-Polex...
  7. I bought the dial from a member here on the forum, and I relumed it. The hands are like that on this model, at least by that watches which I found in the net... BTW: Look at the price of this 5514!!!HERE!!! And here a lume shot from my watch, I think it is a wunderful combination...a real divers piece! #
  8. My latest project! HE valve mod, relumed, slowbeat ETA, Tudor Hands, aged insert...I like it on my wrist!
  9. Not perfect? What's off center to the right??? That is a gen insert from Wempe, my friend! BTW, what should your insert to be, a vintage with tritium? For luminova it has to be white! The ring must be thin, in height and around the pearl. I know it is a rep insert, but I saw better ones... You asked for a opinion, and that is my opinion. Sorry!
  10. Not gen, not the best, but OK. Here is a gen from my Sub:
  11. Just finished with the watch this morning, well timed for the week wrist check... Modern MBW 16610, gen Crown, gen Tube, gen Insert, gen springbars, CG's done, case completely re-worked (I bought it in a bad condition). Still waiting for the Noob-dial/Hands/Datewheel to arrive, then it will be perfect! BTW, I think it is clearly for the next two weeks what I am wearing...
  12. http://www.cvstos.de/ I had 2 models of these watches today in my hands, MAN that is a unbelievable feeling! The finish, the attention to details and ingeneering blows me away! Rolex and Omega is a toy for childs 'till 5 years by comparison! I am not a freak and I don't like watches a la Corum, Hublot or Silberstein, but this what I saw is amazing... Are there maybe reps available?
  13. Hi my friend, thats the reason for me not to do mods for other people! I do it for me or for some good friends, but I don't need the stress at all, it's enougth that I am working 12 hours/day... My suggestion to you is: First the money, then the party! IMO, we all know you and your ecellent work, so there is no risk for someone to send you the money first and to wait for the job (excluded the guys that you know, of course)! CU tomorrow my friend...
  14. Hy, I bought a MBW modern Sub and there was mouted this crystal. By looking with the cyclop I noticed that in the crown is eched a S (usual on seviced watches by AD). So I don't know if it is maybe a gen!?
  15. Great looking watch, great pic...
  16. OK, here we go, but there is not much to say! Only gen is the insert, the springbars are aftermarket. Crystal I found in my part-case and I think it is an MBW-crystal. The date-cyclop seems perfect 'cause on the GMT-Master the rehaut is not so deep. Bracelet is a rep, but very good finished. What fascinates me, is the steel of the case! It is very bright, not like that on the noobs. Thanks to all for the positive comments...
  17. It's THIS camera...
  18. Thanks to all...but...there was a question: What is gen on the watch?
  19. Hey my friend, thanks! LG Bobby
  20. No, I didn't change it...
  21. Hi! Finally get all parts together and finished today with CG's and final polishing. What do you think, are there hidden some gen parts? A pic how terrible the watch was looking when I bought it: . ..and after a few hours of work: Thanks for looking...
  22. NEVER! This wach is and will be for long time my favorite...but...nice try! Thanks! I used the Sony DSC-T100 (a big "thanks" to eprimerozen, I bought it from him) for the pics, macro is possible as of 0,7 cm with that camera!!! And believe me, I am impressed...
