Far from genuine! Just go to a Rolex AD and check the red font of the YM or the TOG. Both are red like blood and shine with the light. And are not just printed. Looks like the have some relief (no way to see in pics). I think that the difficulty making a YM dial is getting close to this aspect.

I'm not sure, but I think in the gen the logo is not engraved. It is lik ein the dial: Logo and Omega wording.

Today I was playing some tenis and after finishing I took my little son to the swimmingpool. I was watching him while he was swimming and talking with a neigbord. I was wearing my brand new PO 42 in rubber strap when my friend notice it and said: "What a beauty! perfect for swimmng... let's go take a bath with our children!" OMG! I felt like going to die, since I never before tested my PO on water, but what could I've said in that moment "no sorry, I have to take my watch out before to swim". So I took that bath and right after I started to feel very unconfortable (I was waiting for the watch to get wet inmediatly ) But the good part of the history comes now!!! The watch passed the test with outstanding results No water inside after 4 hours... I'm happy But I would never put my self in a similar situation again Just to let all of you know...

Do you know if it is possible to find an ETA 2824 rotor with the Omega symbol? I would like the replace the rotor of a Double Eagle with one with the Omega logo. Went to Offrei but I could not find it. Thanks.

Yes @ryaku. 42 has 20 mm. while 45 is 22 mm.

I bought a rubber strap for the 42mm version (genuine) with genuine buckle from a member at RWI. I haven't received yet the PO (black insert/white numeals) but after seeing pics, I' think this is far the best duo for the Planet Ocean. But at Offrei genuine strap + buckle is near 200 USD!!! I had a good deal and paid less than 50%, but going ofr a new one is maybe worthless. PS: Thanks bytor to come!!!

BUSINESS my friend; Legal or illegal, but BUSINESS. Somebody sells, another buys and pays. Dress it the way you want but that's the way it is. And the difference is not only legallity... is the honesty of the dealers and the buyers. and don't think you are calling bandits to us... isn't it?

I don't understand why we make things so complex. A dealer sales something that a buyer buy. That's all! The dealer earn money and must be fair when making business. The buyer must understand the rules the dealer has and buy or not depending on his personal decision and agreement to those rules. This what is called business! There's no need to applause for things that are (or must be) considered as usual way of doing. I'm buying in this forum to some dealers because I'm happy with them and the service and qality they provide me. When the fail (meaning do not follow elemental business rules or/and they own ones) then I don't buy anymore. Therefore, my personal opinion is that we don't need to make a drama about dealers situation. Just aknowledge their honestly to us and critic them when we do not receive a good service. Like in any other business.
