In few days i will recieve the last and perfect submariner from Josh..we are talking for the 328$ model that many people say it looks like TW best sub...there are some pics on Josh "collector" page that looks to be very nice. So i will need the help from 2 members:one that has an MBW modern Sub with NO mods(maybe from collector TTK) and one member with a TW best(no lugholes) with no mods...for a head to head comparison!!And we will have the members to decide which is the best! I know that we can also have a new gen sub....somebody just bought one We will try to take pics from the same distance etc..etc day light no flash!And some macro pics! ....we can also have a Franken sub...maybe our friend Randy can help us with a moded modern sub! ...and you all know where this will end up which has the best pearl...bezel...bracelet...divers extension...date magn....crown guards...crown...tube....crown position....etc...etc!!!! Come one lets have some fun!!!!! If YOU are the member that has one of this watch and is willing to take pics almost the same with others please post here..so when my watch arrives we can organise the "Batle"

All these posts are realy scary As for my experience...before some time i asked with a thread for a tool..and there was no help from none of the members(exept Randy!)Joe was the only who helped!By him self!He soled me the tool in a very good price and the delivery was super fast.....but after all these...what can i say???Its realy sad for a member to send a watch for mods and never recieve it back!

For modern GMT2 at the moment i think Josh model with lug holes (428$) is the best!Just see where the crown is located!Maybe its like TW best GMTII!

my lastdeal with him was a month and a half ago....some e-mails and pm..and then i dont know...the last thing i knew was that he had a lot of work to do! I will try to cantact him now about a taping tool and i will see how the comunication will go!

There is no need to argue about this thread!Oliver put a lot of time and a lot of work to complete this beautyfull watch for me!He gave me a great feed back about the proces(with pics) This watch came alive from a lot of parts,this is not easy for someone to do it!So oliver made this a reality!The watch looks great...and there is no dust in the watch!He made many things on this project...practical this is a 100% hand made watch..and im prrety sure that its very hard to make a watch to look so nice from nothing! As for me im very pleased with this watch...and above all things Oliver is a real Gentelman. The watch in my opinion its a frankenwatch since it came alive from zero base! Thanks again oliver!

Hi to all! Its a frankensub from gentelman "repaustria" the watch is now travelling to me from repaustria and the pics are just a kandy! So some info before it comes to me about the watch: Is said to be a TW case,case back and bezel assembly,the crystal is very good , as we can see the crown at 6 is perfect.The pearl is gen and with a liltle creamy tone.Date font is so perfect!The dials are a new print form,and are very good!repaustria is saing the the dials are one of the best that he has seen!The oyster band is refinished and oiled and it looks and feels perfect! On the hands repaustria put a glossy layer of clear varnish on them to make them appear more genuine/rounded.The crown is from e-bay! The watch is now waterproofed.extracted the tube and reinstalled it with Loctite Red The caseback and crown have received new greased O-Rings.The case can fit a Rolex 3035 movement. It doesn't use the normal brass coloured spacer ring all normal Subs come with. It does come with a silver spacer ring, which is bigger in diameter - And it does fit a 3035 movement. These are some info that repaustria send me for this watch! I would like to thank him as he gave me a full support info during the modifications and a superfast delivery! I have nothing to sayabout Oliver...he is a real gentelman and a superb proffesional. My regards to all RWG members! EPZ.

If you see at George photobucket the TW best submariner has a different sticker!Btw i agree with you that is the best sub out of the box!

The GMT master was a request for a client....as for the sub i asked for details and he toled me that is a model that he surced and its very very good one!We will wait for the price!
