Hi people!I took my new 6263 daytona today to my watchsmith(Rolex),to put gen spring bars,regulate the movement,test the waterproof,AND TRY TO FIT A GEN PLEXI T21..or something else. And there was a big surprise ..this 6263 daytona comes from Josh with Saphire crystal!!!I was realy surprised because i had no time to examine the watch for much time...i was sure that it was a plexi crystal. In the first place i was going to order a DW 6263...because for me its realy important to fit a Gen plexi T21 on 6263 Dw,so if something bad hapens to the plexi i can easy fix it or change the plexi.....but afterwards i did not like the "secret movement" that David have (if it stops i have to find a V23 new hands ..and it goes on and on)...So i went for the boolet proof 6263 from Josh(Larger case..not same spec as gen...etc..)My bigger consern was that it would be impposible to fit a T21 or any other plexi on Josh 6263..i was very un happy....if Josh plexi brakes...i have to mail Josh to send the watch back ...etc... So the problem was only in my mind ..because this 6263 realy has a SAPHIRE CRYSTAL!!!!!! He he "Little white lies" Btw im extremly happy!

You made your order on 22...so the watch will go from Joshua on 23....there will be no info for tracking until 27.....so maybe it will be to your home at 30..or 02....dont worry...

It just came fresh from the postman!!!One great looking watch from a fast fast dealer! The watch looks and feels great!The seagull movement is working and resets perfectly...and we all know that its a booletproof caliber! Here are the pics for eyecandy!!!

Im with you on these!!! All gen,generic,or aftermarket parts must be charged more......nothing else!

Someone must be crazy to think something like that......and btw i still think that the price of a used watch must be only for the watch...the service(not gen dials) is a very very nice extra that can help a sale 100%!

I think its very very good for the buyer to buy a watch that its allready inspected from the member that has the watch......but you will never know when a watch is going to give you a problem. Btw the think is that we have to be more reasonable about the money we are going to ask...thats the only thing. Regards!

Maybe.....but the service in my opinion can help you only to be close to the price of the new watch...not above it!

Yes Tourbi its agood point......all this work on a rep watch can only help you to sell it fasterthan other members will sell the same watch. You will pay extra money for example if you have a new decorated movement or something gen on the watch.

I see from time to time some members that sell a USED watch for more $$$ ...and we can find the same watch easy at low price brand new with out a single scratch!!!....for example: Lets say we have a watch that new is on our dealers for 250$ shiped! And the member who will sell the watch say: 1.I have made waterproof test 30$ 2.I have fully serviced the movement 100$ 3.I have regulate the movement 30$ 4.....and it goes on and on So i have spend for this watch 410$ i will let it go for 320$ And all these for an easy to find ordinary USED watch....not a hard to find MBW or DW....BUT AN USED WATCH!! I personaly seviced my Gen watches many many times..and i have spent many many $$$ on them..if i will sell them i can not ask more money for the services or something else....i have to ask a fair price for the watch that i will sell! What do you people have to say?? Regards. Grg

You have to be very carefull not to damage the Polished parts of the watch that you want to keep polished!!

Herodotus....hmmm....you have to seek the history of Greece a lot to have an opinion about him... The think is that Herodotus dosent disagree with me ,but just with the monument that is located in Thermopyles. Yes Herodotus is saying these....no doubt about that.

Just for the record....In Thermopyles in Greece there is a monument wich say that there was 300 Spartans who died plus 700 Thespians who died also...there are no Arcadians,this is not correct and based only from the comic.
