Hmmm... the "special tool" you need to remove the old bezel includes a hair-dryer and needle, and the "special tool" you need to affix a new bezel includes "glue". My suggestion would be to ask your dealer to send you a new bezel and remove & replace accordingly. If none is available, maybe you can ask a mobile dealer to source one for you? Narikaa may or may not be able to do this... it is a long shot but maybe. Good luck, I hope you fix your watch... and trust me, 99.999999% of people who see it on the street will not notice...

Not over here! The very fact that a watch can be repped eliminates it from my list as being a possible gen purchase. In my opinion, the only worthwhile gens a person should purchase to wear are those which are not easily copied. The new Rolex Yacht-Master should be a perfect example of this, and so are the elaborate and complex designs of Breguet, Blancpain, Jaeger LeCoultre, etc.

Oh my goodness gracious you do not ever want to do this never ever ever not in one million years; bad bad bad idea sir it is better to let it unwind fully to null and re-wind anew each time, please do not experiment with doing it as you described it is not smart at all!!! I used to have this thought too that constantly winding and unwinding it would let it break but its just not true... these movements are designed to be used this way and it is their primary purpose to be wound and unwound! That is how they function... they will not break because of it, just like you car won't break if you accelerated sometimes and break other times, you don't leave your car running on the street on a dyno at 35 MpH so that in the morning you can burn rubber to work without having to turn the engine back on to accelerate down the street again!
