Hi guys I'm looking for a few parts to fix my keyless works on my Swiss clone 2824 movement in my upo 45. I'm currently looking on cousins uk as I'm in uk and I'm struggling to find a couple of parts. I'm looking for the part numbered 2570. I've found this number coming up a few times on the website but I'm guessing it's a standard number that is used on all movements? Also going to get parts 450,443/1,435 whilst I'm ordering. Any help would be great. My main concern is parts 2570 and 450. If there is somewhere else you would recommend getting parts I'm open to options. Cheers in advance Ryan

Sellita Sw200 or Seagull ST2130. Where to buy?
the_rymeister replied to ryaku's topic in General Discussion
I'm on the look out to buddy. If I find anything I'll let you know -
Hi guys I'll have to have a look into the Sellita movements, I thought the movement on cousins website was gen 2824 movement? Am i right in saying The a2824 is the clone from reps?
-
Hi Ryaku it has a Swiss 2824 clone which it had new when I bought it. So a Swiss eta non clone from any gen watch will fit? I'm guessing it will. I've found a few tissot watches with Swiss eta 2824 cheap so I'll probably grab one of those cheap as its gonna start getting costly if I buy a new movement for £150. As I've only had the watch a couple of weeks and have only worn it out a couple of times.

Hi guys as some of you may know I've had some issues with my movement in my upo 45. Mainly keyless works issues . Well the problem keeps on accruing so I'm going to get a gen Swiss eta movement and swap it then take my old one apart. (Not omega gen) as this is a different movement I think. if I was to buy a watch from say eBay which had a Swiss eta 2824 movement would this be a straight swap with clone movement into the upo. Ie would dial fit without modding, would rep and gen hands fit From upo, eta date wheel fit, and movement holders ect? sm I right in saying every 2824 movement is the same size no matter what watch it is in. I have found a couple that are gold plated, is this any better or purely for looks? I've found a couple of Swiss 0346 eta cal.2824 watches with date at 6 o'clock, are these the same as the 2824 with date at 3? Is there anything I would need to get to modify the date from 6 to 3? Cheers in advance for information. Ry

the_rymeister replied to the_rymeister's topic in The Omega Area
Well I think it's time for a new movement or new keyless works! My watch has broken again!!!! I've been so gentle with setting the time since the repair but it has happened again. I need to strip and sort keyless again. Must be something damaged.if anyone has a cheap swiss 2824 movement or parts please let me know.I'm in uk cheers Ry -

Dan as maxman has said don't let the crown tube issue put you off. I had the issue from the off, but have recently fitted genuine crown and tube. Soon when i get a free min i will put the pictures up of the mod with a guide on whst to do for others to have a look at. Now the gen parts are fitted the watch feels even better.theres really not a lot involved in fitting these parts and if you don't fancy the mods yourself there is some good modded on here that I'm sure would help.the planet ocean rep is an amazing watch. I can't stop wearing it.feels and looks great you won't be disappointed.good luck buddy

Hi mate you can get hold of all the trusted dealers here http://www.rwg.cc/forum/230-watches-clothing-accessories/ I've recently got 2 watches from josh at perfect clones which is in the trusted area.he ships and deals from china. Price of watch on his website is total cost plus $30 shipping which is about £20 roughly. Took about a week +/-2 to arrive from ordrer date. Very good service and quick response to any question. Think most of the dealers are good in the area.your best bet would be to have a read of the reviews in the trusted area and see what you think. All the dealers listed in this thread by other members are by all accounts good as have read good things myself. Good luck buddy Cheers Ry

Hi mate is there anyway you can film what your crown is doing on your phone and post it on here? I'm no watch expert but that sounds strange to me.does it unscrew straight away or over the period of the day? -

Panerai PAM 312 / 328 Rep Vs Gen Pictorial Review ...
the_rymeister replied to wheaton26's topic in The Panerai Area
Thanks for the review and what an Amazing rep. Sorry for lack of knowledge guys but is this a 312 or 328? As some say 312 and some say 328? And the version to buy now is it the v2? And I'm guessing this is straight out of the box with no mods? Cheers in advance all Ry -
your right mate that's what it's all about, I'm not giving up yet

That's exactly what I did buddy I tripped the keyless after I installed gen tube/crown and had to reset keyless. I bought a new stem and trimmed it down to the exact same size as the rep stem but it was still too long for the gen tube so I resorted back to the rep stem and now I'm getting this winding issue when tightening crown. I've tried winding crown on stem another thread but think Im at the limit without trimming a bit more.ill try this one night and see how I get on. Hope to sort it as I've only had the watch a week or so and it's been apart by me more times than I've worn it.lol . This is what it's all about though in this hobby.
