  1. Thanks, I'll probably go for the 39mm. How is the lume on these reps, they're not super lumed and Andrew or Josh do not provide a lume shot.... And what about the hand size, I thought the ETA version had a fat minute hand problem? Does the 3131 Clone have the same minute hand?
  2. As mentioned the pearl is way off and the 6 and 9 markers are a little crooked. I would ask for a one with a better pearl ( I have the orange 42mm from Andrew and my pearl is perfectly centered)
  3. Great review, this one is only 3135 movement with no ETA option. How do these two ETA YM compare in accuracy compared to the one reviewed? http://www.1-pc8838.com/rlyms10008-2008-upgraded-rolesium-dial-swiss-28362-p-5705.html http://www.yourtrustytime.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1_10&products_id=852 http://www.yourtrustytime.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1_10&products_id=853
  4. The reviewed 39mm watch is very nice, i'd prefer Andrew or Josh due to the UK Transfer option. What do you think of these two Explorer 1s. They both have the option for a 3131 clone (the newer clone is supposed to be better) and the ETA version. How accurate is the rep in general and which movement would you choose? http://www.1-pc8838.com/00rlex00203-2010-explorer-asian-3131-p-9065.html http://www.yourtrustytime.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=1_3&products_id=6654 or would you prefer this one from Angus? http://www.puretimewatch.com/product/explorer-i-214270-2010-39mm-v3-11-edition/
  5. LOL what a bad rep to give an award to. Anyone with a UPO or WM9 Sub is way better off
  6. I'm no sub expert and have never seen the blue one in person. But 380 seems steep, stay away from the rolex clone movements, they are more expensive than ETA for no reason.
  7. Yeah, Andrew has several ones. Yours looks great. I'm definitely getting another Rolex in 2012 (after my cheap milgauss rep fell to pieces this summer), this may just be the one. Though i would prefer the 39mm version. Is it just as accurate as the 36mm???
  8. Nice pics, I may need to add a second PO to my 42mm. But I would go for the Chrono which seems to be in great shape after the fix of the subdial spacing issue. I kinda wish I got my 42mm in black tho, as I desperately want the orange Chrono. But two orange watches . I'll have to decide, but first I'm getting a IWC Mark XVI in Jan.
  9. Great choice, a Hublot is on my list as well and will come sometime in 2012.
  10. You get them after you ordered and payed for the watch. If you're unsure you can post them in the forum here and we'll take a look at them to see if you missed anything. If there is a problem you talk to the dealer and he will fix it, otherwise after 24h the watch will be shipped out to you.
  11. I have the 42mm PO from Andrew (pics and review http://www.rwg.cc/topic/140099-my-new-omega-seamaster-po-42mm/ ). I'm happy with the size, I do not have small wrists and the watch has a nice presence without being ridiculously heavy and large.
  12. Yeah, when you order in December you have to be patient, it might take a lot longer. That's why my next purchase is coming in early 2012
  13. Can you make the pics bigger? You can hardly see anything. But the rep is way off, that's right.
  14. The good old SEL story... 1:1 may be a far reach, but it's as good as it gets OOTB. They will never get the hands right in my opinion, the genuine color is really hard tp replicate. It's superlumed which is a plus, and the price is ok, if you like it go for it. I'd option the swiss movement if you plan to keep it long term.
  15. Considering the price, the watch is certainly great value. I would consider a service for the movement so you get a good long life for your sub, maybe you can combine it with the lume.
  16. As they say, you get what you pay for. And why would you settle for a 21J movement when you can get something that you can wear without it not working regularly for a little more.
  17. The rotating mechanism is complex, as is the digital backside. I doubt that you will find a good rep for this particular model. There are decent ones of the Concept Monacos though.
  18. Yes it does look good, maybe even better than the 42mm rep. But that could be down to the pics.
  19. Nice watch, a bit too big for me but certainly an alternative to the AP ROOs and the Hublots.
  20. I'm hoping for The Roger Dubuis La Monegasque
  21. Christmas is nearing and it's time we may want to gift a watch to ourselves or our loved ones and find there is no rep of it yet (or just really bad ones). Here is my choice for the watch which desperatly needs to be repped: The Roger Dubuis La Monegasque It's fairly new so I'm hoping for a rep in 2012!
  22. Great dress watches, what to you think of this on from Andrew? http://www.yourtrustytime.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=43&products_id=3206 It seems similar apart from the "Automatic" on the Dial and the Asia 2892-2. I've been looking for a dress watch and would prefer something from Andrew or Josh as they do UK Transfer Shipping for EU customers. I have never had a rep with this cheaper 2892 movement, what do you think of it? Andrew also offers an ETA Version, but the rotor is not decorated and therefore a no-go.
  23. Great tip, thanks But as with any rep I would not advise any kind of showering or swimming That's what I have my gen Aquaracer for. Even if some reps are waterproofed to 30m I would not rely on that.
  24. No Aquanauts have a Micro rotor, but some Nautilus' do (240PS movement). I was not aware of any reps with a micro rotor, could you give an example?
  25. I got my PO from Andrew, I'm very happy with it, the pearl is nice, the movement accurate and the rep has an overall quality feel. It's a bit more expensive than the one you posted but it will be worth it.
