Well, news on my date.....'caliente' from Benalmadena turned out to be 55 years old, English woman with a nervous laugh. She did admire the Chopard though. For what I paid for her drinks I could br wearing a reworked Fiddy. NEVER AGAIN!

My TT is glued to my wrist, I work in real estate and have the status to pull off wearing an expensive piece of timekeeping. I get so many admirers....mostly Rolex Datejust wearers (lack of imagination IMHO) and know for sure that I've gained Breitling a couple of sales in the last month. Who says we damage the salesline of the gen manufacturers.........mustn't do a straight comparison with the newly acquired gens though, as good as my TT is !

I love living in Spain, sure we have anti smoking laws, we just don't obey them, sure we have wear a crash helmet laws, we just don't obey them......it's about personal choice here and real freedom and a joy of living.......crime rate is low and more importtantly aggravated crime is low, stuff gets nicked, neighbours fight, but old ladies aren't knocked over the head and raped for their pension money and no one takes a gun to school. The girls look great, the beer's cold and the sun shines all day.....perhaps that has something to do with it?

I'm left handed and war my watches on my right wrist. It causes less likelihood of damage to the watch to wear it on the non dominant side.

Andrew got back to me really quickly. Gave me instructions to send back to China. I'm sending tomorrow, will let you know how long it takes to turn the watch around. This is my first failure in a year of rep collecting and 12 watches bought.

Just emailed Andrew to ask about a replacement. Waiting to hear from him. Anyone have any experience with Andrew regarding this sort of problem?

My Asian SFSO just died on me. I can get it going for an hour or 2 by manually winding for about 30 revolutions. It won't 'wake up' by shaking it. The hands look nice and free so no problems there. Any suggestions before I ask my dealer to swap it out? I've only had it for 3 weeks.

This is the very reason I will not fork out the exrta for 'swiss'......you just never know what to expect for all that extra dosh. Do tell who supplied / duped you.
