What really surprised me about Wempe in NYC is the number of watches they have on display when they're closed. I've never seen so many high value watches in the window in the middle of the night.
Sure I love a dry-aged new york strip of wagyu beef seared to a perfect rare...
Sure I could indulge in a wanton night of gluttony and foie at au pied du cochon...
But this is truly a food of the gods. The return of the McRib.
