Well, Leonovo and Envy are nice and all, but they dont run OS X :) The other thing that really bugs me about the Air: I cant eat while on my laptop anymore!! I'm just too scared to make smudges on the keyboard or trackpad...

I've always said, Blancpain are the only watches that can be properly repped with the Tourby movements we have. They look almost identical. Yet noone seems to be repping them

thats what I need it for which was the reason why I got a Macbook Air and not a Powerbook. I dont need a graphics accelerator and 20something Ghz and 400GB Harddrive. I still have an iMac and Dropbox lets me share everything between them, so I think I'm all set. Just a bit dissapointed, because I was expecting a bit more. I must say, I only bought it, because I paid 700 less than retail, so it was a good deal. I wont get the same deal on one of the next gen Macbooks!

it has a 1.6ghz ultra low voltage cpu, and no graphics accelerator, i expect something around 7hours! my 4 year old centrino notebook with 1.4ghz cpu (that takes much more power) and ati radeon 9700 graphics card had 4hrs already!

Just got a Macbook Air today... well, its okay, but 90% is hype if you ask me. I think its still heavy for its size and the battery sucks. I get like 3.5 hours out of it (while on wlan), thats ridiculous! What are your Macbook Air experiences?

I have not seen it in person, but from the pictures I can see that its inferior to the one I have. It also houses a different movement and datewheel than my watch. The plastic parts look like they're made of much lower quality and the clasp seems to be lousy aswell. It also comes with a black crown, which I have never seen on a black magic? I'm very happy with the watch I got, and I'm very tight when it comes to buying watches! I would not have spend close to 600$ for watchmarks. Maybe 300, but not more!

Thats the problem when you play with rich folks. My friend is a very good poker player and played at a tournament with 500Euro buy-in once. He made it to the top 20 (from about 500), but the problem was that almost all of the other players made re-buys from 1000 to 5000 every 2hours. And he only had his 500. Its almost impossible to win such a game when you opponents just keep buying more and more chips. Thats why he's now only playing in turnaments where there is no 2nd 3rd 4th and 5th re-buy! I for myself am probably not a very good gambler, because I only play my card when I hit something, I almost never bluff. That always leaves me with profits, but we're talkin about maybe 50euros per game (just a game for fun with my buddies), I would probably never last when playing against top poker players!

LOL, maybe 100$ for a batch of 500 dials, but who seriously believes that ANYONE would pay 100$ for a watch dial in china? Even genuine dials are not that expensive when you get them as replacement parts!

if they did not use the real deal to make the copy, I'm eager to see how the rep looks like. How can it be 1:1 if they didnt have the genuine? Another question is the movement, it will be hard to get a similar dateposition and power reserve.
